Avariel is both a wolf pack and a species. They are a race of wolves who differ from their brethren; created and chosen by their gods, they rule the Tavari Vanya by supernatural providence. Called both the Divine and the Eternal, gifted with strange and miraculous powers, they have been scattered and regrouped, only to fall from within. Beginning anew, with a new generation and new hope, they seek the approval of their deities -- and the good fortune that they are so long overdue.
