Ranking
There are 10 active ranks in the black blades guild, each rank
increasing in access to guild control and responsibility. They
Each have unique important roles and the highest level character
could be the lowest rank and vice versa. All Ranks are responsible
for following the guild rules and policies. You do not have to advance
through each rank, sometimes promotions can get you up very
high quickly if you meet all of the requirements for that rank.
The ranks go as follows
Peon
Role: None
Advancement: Just invited to guild, has not yet read the sites
Rules, ranks and regulations and reported to a guild leader
If you are a peon and do not log in for 8 days we assume
that you quit your character and are kicked.
Responsibility: None
New Access: Guild chat speak/Guild chat listen
Swarm
Role: Huge legion of warrior to attack the enemy without
Any particular squad or tactic. Warmongers who want
to do nothing in the guild but Battle recklessly.
Advancement: Show no interest in joining a squad or even guild
Politics and advancement.
Responsibility: Overwhelm and destroy
New Access: Can come to guild battles
Raider
Role: You are the tactical Core of all the squads, raiders are involved with
the guild mostly before battle time and during raids and events.
Advancement: Be interviewed by a squad leader and picked for there squad.
Responsibility: Complete the objectives and roles your leader gives you
for battle.
New Access: Squad equipment
Black Blade
Role: We are the defenders of the hoard. Core guild members who
want more then just battle and have a good attitude towards others.
Advancement: Show interest in guild policy, help other guild
members just by being a nice guy when it doesn’t
take much of your time or money. Gain a specific
Squad title or responsibility.
Responsibility: Check web site 1/week, complete specific squad

Vindicator
Role: The blood of many enemies is on your hands, and you help
lead the armies of the horde to victory. If the leaders
fall, you are there to fill in the gap and take there place
Advancement: Must have shown great skill in battle, destroying
enemy players or NPC's with other guild members.
Must be able to Kill creatures at least 2 levels
above your own. Has to be nominated by 5 guild members
Who all have seen great prowess and leadership in
battle.
Responsibility: Need to be able to be confident in defeating enemies
who without leadership, would defeat your party
You help lead the squad into battle and need to
defend your squad until its death. (This does not mean
you can’t retreat, just can’t leave anyone behind)
Help squad leaders make and carry out plans. Check web site 1/week

High Council
Role: Specific guild roles that report directly to Kilzoth, Decision making
Party that has the final votes in all guild changes. Head Guild Crafters
Advancement: Prove to Kilzoth you have a specific job that would be valuable
to the guild or earn a guild specific title as a craftsmen (Guild gnomish engineer,
Weaponsmith, Alchemist) or a Special title (such as highest level, Guild scout,
Guild reference guide)
Responsibility: You must do the special job assigned to you by
Kilzoth as well as make a vote on all new
guild rules and changes If an artisan then
Help equip the other guild members for battle
and make powerful items for higher level players.
The players (not the artisan) need to provide the
components or cost for all the items. Has to make
items when requested. Check web site 1/week

Commander
Role: Squad leader, The ultimate decision maker in battles
It is you who will win or lose this war for the hoard. Fight proudly
This is the Highest position a person can get in the guild
if they want to be in charge of other men. You are responsible for the
lives of our warriors.
Advancement: Must be nominated by three Current commanders or death knights, and
by A Guild leader. Must have shown absolute dedication to the guild
And have been a powerful warrior and sound decision maker in the past.
Must be cleared by Korbor or Kilzoth.
Responsibility: Must make the battle plans for a specific set of
objectives and execute them during the battle.
Must make sure your men are as well equipped as
they can be by getting items from guild Crafters
(They pay the cost for there own equipment)
You must fight on the front line with your men
And not be afraid of death if your objective will be
completed. DESTROY THE ALLIANCE! you will be my
personal council and advisors but you must make sure
That your unit has the correct classes to complete
any problem they encounter. try to Recruit a few members every week
and make sure your unit is ready for battle, and have a leader
(if you are not available appoint a second in command) for the raids
Generally commanders will spend 1 to 2 hours a week commanding there
men and recruiting.

Deathknight
Role: You are the elite of all the warriors of the hoard. You destroy the enemies by the masses
And are a hero to all warriors who view you in battle. Crushing the enemy leader is your only task
with lesser objectives to fall under lesser combatants. You raze towns and eradicate
powerful monsters with your magic and mighty weapons. You inspire courage in those beside you
And fear in those facing you. You are an undying warrior with great conviction to the guild. You
are the wielder of the black blades, the deathknight.
Advancement: Prove to Kilzoth you are a powerful warrior, both in mind and body. Show great allegiance
to the guild and the hoard. Must be lvl 37 and capable of handling yourself in battles
against powerful enemies, alone and in a group. Show hatred toward the enemy and show the ability
to aid your fellow guild members even toward your death. Must be nominated by Kilzoth and
some of the Deathknights.
Responsibility: Follow the Deathknights to your death, but be able to take command in case the battle
gets out of hand. Complete the elite objectives given to the squad by Kilzoth and
fill in the holes the other squads may leave in there objectives. You are main assault
and main support. Make sure you are well equipped for battle. DESTROY THE ALLIANCE!

Generally deathknights will spend 1 to 2 hours a week recruiting and preparing.
New access: Highest position in the guild. May nominate anyone for any rank. May be granted an elite Commander
position if they choose instead of deathknight. Can Change Message of the day.
Blademaster
Role: Most dedicated, helpful members of the guild. Have shown ABSOLUTE loyalty to the hoard
and to the guild. Powerful combatants, Great strategists, and diplomats with a silver tongue.
Each of the five blademasters plays the most important role in the guild, special tasks
assigned to them by Kilzoth. They are the leaders of the guild, your friends, your commanders,
and your most hated enemy if you are found out for treason. They have the SAME power as Kilzoth
though they report directly to him. If they order you somewhere, you need to go and help. They
Are the five leaders of this guild. They all have complete power over the guild but they MUST
complete at least there one job.
Advancement: Must be picked by Kilzoth and there must be one of the five seats open.
Responsibilities: The Five jobs are as Follows:
Guild Recruiting and Diplomacy: Takes care of all new members, inviting, and diplomacy
to other guilds.
Leader: LUNGBUTTER
Guild Offense: Plans all the raids, scouts enemy defenses, and leads them with Kilzoth.
Leader: MOTTEBAYO
Guild Defense: Internal Defenses and External, he can order people in the area to help
defend against alliance raids. Also checks on all players to make sure they
have no affiliation with the alliance. If he finds you leaking info to them
or strategy information to other guilds, he can make things hard...
The Gestapo of our guild.
Leader: GORD
Squad Leaders and formation: Leads ALL squads (except deathknights) for assigning leaders,
Specific ranks, and members. Makes sure you are meeting your
responsibilities and gives out promotions as earned.
Leader: KORBOR
Ranks and Titles: In charge of Promotions, all Guild titles, and the crafters. If you
Want a promotion he will tell you what to do to earn it.
Leader: SENIRVA
Master
Role: Leader of the guild, in charge of all events, battles and positions. Makes sure all guild
responsibilities are taken care of. The leader of the deathknights his mind is in charge of
all the ultimate battle plans and the victory or failure of each group ultimately rests on his
shoulders. Powerful in mind and in body he will lead you to victory and die to save any one of you
He is your friend and general, Founder of the guild Kilzoth.
Advancement: Impossible
Responsibility: Every rule, every rank, every squad, He makes sure everything runs the way it should.
New access: He is the only one who can award ranks or throw members out.
