19DollarHosting.com (Web Hosting Company) This organization took my money and did not live up to their commitment on service.  I contacted them for technical support on their product.  My plea for assistance was not addressed, however,  this company's response was downright insulting!  They treated me very rudely and have completely ignored all subsequent e-mail and telephone calls.  They will not return my money, even though I canceled immediately, nor will they (or their parent company) acknowledge, or respond to my queries.  19DollarHosting is owned by Net Conglomerate LLC who has holdings in several Internet businesses.  I strongly suggest you check this site out and reconsider doing business with any of their holding companies.


Issue #061203

WebHostXL (Web Hosting Company)  This organization makes promises they do not honor.  They advertise 24/7 customer support via E-mail, toll free support between the hours of 9:30 & 4:30, and also online, live, support.  Over the past three days, I have sent them 17 E-mail requests for assistance, which remain open and ignored. Numerous telephone calls to their toll free help desk (All I get is a recording to leave a message, which they do not respond to) and the "Live, Online Support" they boast of, simply does not exist!  When it comes to customer support & service, WebHostXL really SUCKS!
