• Hayli is a quiet girl; mainly has her nose in a book. So much so that she doesn�t understand the reason why many guys fawn over her. She usually ignores them though, as she feels she has more important things to worry about She is usually found in a caf�, sipping on a mocha cappuccino and reading a new novel. While most girls her age are seen at the many clubs that litter London, she prefers the more serene scene. Soft spoken and told to have patience to match a saint, she tries to help where she can; and would do anything for a friend.
• ~~Mutant Abilities ~ ~
• Complete Water Manipulation - Able to manipulate waves up to 18 ft, force water to explode from fire hydrants and pipes, able to bend it to her will and move it with hydrant style force. She is Only able to work with a solution of no less than 90% water.
• Storm Cloud Manipulation - Able to manipulate Storm clouds to move to her will. She is only able to do this with the dark gray storm clouds, and,then only those in a 100yd radius.
• ~~Background ~ ~
• She lost her parents when she was only three years old. Sent to live with her grandparents in London, England shortly thereafter. Growing up in the heart of the British empire was the only life she really grew to know. Hayli�s grandfather was into the political scene, and her grandmother, an English professor at Oxford University Thanks to both of these influences she received a well-rounded and proper education. Hayli bloomed early with her powers surfacing around the age of twelve. Being a radical separatist, her grandfather was not of the connotation that all mutants were dangerous. In fact, both grandparents hired private tutors to further educate their granddaughter. The instructions also included some paid help from local mutants who taught young Diaz to control her powers. By the time she reached the age of sixteen, there wasn�t much Hayli had left to learn in how to hone her abilities. Still, even with near full control, she hardly uses these gifts. The wish of her grandparents is for Hayli to peruse a degree in English literature. Consequently they signed her up for the next semester at Oxford.
