Three teens were charged with hacking into their school computers and changing grades. I think they should be charged with a felony because they worry about other peoples grades. I think that the school should have had more security than what they had. If the school doesn't have very good network security, then they should probably expect something like this to happen. I'd be interested to know how many people actually get away with changing their grades.

i think my idea would end car accidents and speeding. there should be a computer chip in every car and a chip in every speed zone. the chip in the car would communicate with the one in the speed zone and the car wouldn't be able to go over the speed limit of the zone it ws in. so if you're in a 20 mph speed zone, the fastest your car would go is 20 mph. This would end speeding. Ofcourse police cars and ambulances wouldn't have these chips, but all regular cars would. It would also help the police in what would be, "high-speed chases" because the cars would never get to high speeds.
