During our practices, days & times are listed on the Class Schedule, we begin with prana yamas (breath exercises)and yoga nidras (guided relaxation) to calm, center, and integrate the mind, body, and soul; For the next hour or so we move through gentle movements and active asanas (poses) and vinyasas (flow series); this is followed by another period of yoga nidra and prana yamas for healing, restoration, and deep relaxation. All Classes are open to all levels of students (beginners on up). Classes are small and some individual attention is available. I hope you allow yourself the time to join us.
