SHE WORKS HARD FOR THE MONEY

Here's where I spend anywhere from 25-36 hours a week. (This summer it's been in the 30s almost every week.) This is Levi's Outlet by MOST in Vacaville. It's fun times in Vacaville. It's like 15 or so miles from Davis so it's not that bad of a drive. People think it is, but it isn't. I don't care, as long as I don't drive that AWFUL Saturn that decides to not work after a hard day and I am sitting in the parking lot until 11. I've locked my keys in the car a few times too, you'd think I'd learn. I haven't done that in quite some time, actually. And, I carry a spare in my wallet, just in case.

I have more co-workers and people to photo, so check back eventually!

Here's the store logo, this is actually a picture of our bag.

Here is the store, right next to the Vans outlet, home to my shiny shoes everyone admires. The HOTTEST guy works there and I'm too young for him and not his type, and he doesn't even know my name... but I think he is so awesome. I know his name becasue he put something on hold at our store once. Sneaky, no? He has a girlfriend and again, is no wear near my type, but I ahve ignored all of these problems. I can love from affar. Everyone at works knows I liek him too, it's sort of sad. I get all happy when he comes over.

Here's another sign of the store. I think you all get the point.

Here's Nando, the store manager. He is a giant Raiders fan. I don't know what kind of image he is portraying here. This will probably scare away all the customers.

This is one of two assistant managers, Jen! She is so funny. She (and everyone) likes to pick on me, but it's okay. I know I am special no matter what they say! No, seriously, I don't care.

I think this is a LOVELY picture of Jen, but she told me to erase it. She also tells me to do a lot of things.

For LP (loss prevention, or theft prevention) reasons, I can't take a picture of the inside and post it on the internet. Imagine that. I understand, but it's no fun. They told me I can take pictures through the window becasue they can't stop me out there. So I'm in the rain taking a picture. We have men's and women's Levi's and Dockers. Some kids, but it's not even really anything. Madness!

Now that I have my hopes of taking cool action shots shattered and stepped upon becasue I can't take the camera on the sales floor, I have to take classy photos of the microwave.

And here's the fridge. So I guess we can have either hot or cold food! The variety!

And what work place isn't complete with a water cooler?

Here's the inspirational break room with all of these appliances. So many memories shared here. I remember when I looked up my schedule, or... or... the time I made myself Top Ramen! It can bring a tear to my eye.

Here's our motivating white board with Kings cutouts on it. This is where Nando writes great things about what's going on and such. Apparently, my request to have time off has been granted. Yay!

Behind this door, the manager counts out my drawer and makes sure I didn't steal money or short change people. I've never been off ore than 46 or so cents before. I am that talented. It's not hard, I mean the register tells you how much to give them. But it DOES happen. Saying this I'll be 20 bucks off a week later, I'm sure. God loves me like that.

While the drawer gets counted out after closing, I get my stuff out of my locker.

And wait........

Jen is locking up and we can go! Woo hoo!

And I can just cruise on back home!
