Mail Ordering


Mail Ordering is Simple! Here's how it works

Fill in all of the blank fields and click on the order form and click "Place Order". You will then receive a conformation email letting you know that your order has been received. This email will include your "order number", as well as a total, including the cost of shipping. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to email us at any time. Please include the order number in the subject heading. Once your order is placed, the item/items you have chosen are taken off of our website. Then the items will be held until payment is received. This is important due to the fact that most of our items are "one of a kind". In the event that two different orders have been placed for the same item, the item will be sold to the person whom placed the order first.

(*NOTE* WHEN USING OUR MAIL ORDER SERVICE IT IS EASIEST TO USE THE SHOPPING CART WINDOWS THAT ARE LOCATED ON THE STYLES PAGES, TO KEEP TRACK OF ITEM NUMBERS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO INPUT THESE NUMBERS ON THE ORDER FORM.)

All items are shipped U.S. Postal Service.
Priority Mail Delivery averages 2-3 days.
Next Day Shipped orders will reach the customer within 24 hours of payment received.

Items purchased through our Mail Order Service, are normally shipped within 24 of Payment received.
(*Unless payment is made in the form of a personal check. Please see payment section for more info.*)

Payment

Payments may be made through the following options. You may send a Money order, Postal Money order, Cashiers Check, well conceled Cash, or a Personal Check.(*Personal checks will be held seven business days before order is shipped*)
Well concealed cash is but not a preferred method of payment.

Payments must be made payable to "Toby Zimmerman"
in order for your order to be completed.

(*Note*) Because of the scarcity of our items, if payment is not received within five buisness days of order placement, the chosen items will be put back up for sale. An email will be sent informing that payment has not been received. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just complete the "return order form" that is included with your order, and mail the item back to us. We will then refund your money.
(*Disclaimer* Retuned orders MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF INITIAL SHIPPING, in order to receive a refund. Items returned are refunded in full, less the cost of the initial shipping, as well as a $2.00 restocking fee. All refunded payments are sent in the form of a Postal Money Order)
