This was the first zelda game to ever hit the stores. made my nintendo in 1989, this game was a huge success sporting a tv show, merchandise, and soon enough, a hit sequel.
The Adventures of Link (NES)
This was the sequel to The Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo Entertainment System. For being the 2nd hit zelda game, it wasn't as big as nintendo expected. This took a whole new turn with 2D side scrolling action.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
This was the 3rd Zelda game developed and published by nintendo in the US for SNES.
