Forward: On Slammin' Scott Hall did just what he said he was going to do.......He made short work of Christopher Nowinski, and pinned him for the 1 2 3! Now, Scott Hall has been given the biggest opportunity he's had since coming to the EWE, this Saturday on Slammin'.....Scott Hall has been given a shot at the tag team titles with his tag partner Shawn Michaels! This is gonna be a slobber knocker folks! EvOluTion versus ThE KliQ this week on Slammin'!!!!!!
Scene #1: Parking Lot, the future Tag Team Champs arrive!
Purpose: To Promote the match on Slammin'!
The cameras start rolling; and we see a long black limo pulling up into the arena parking lot!
The limo comes to a stop, and the passanger door swings open..........as it opens, a pair of legs are seen stepping out, then another pair, and as the cameras zoom out we see that it's none other then The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels, and The Original Outsider Scott Hall! The fans in the arena are heard cheering as they see this up on the titan-tron.....
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Here we are Scott..... Just think, in a few short days we'll be carrying two straps of gold over our shoulders the next time we enter an arena.
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Your damn right we will chico! Evolution defeated us the last time we had them in a tag match, but they won't do it again!
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: They sure won't my man.... This time, the Kliq emerges victorious over Evolution!
As Shawn and Scott begin to make their way into the arena, they're stopped by Johnathan Coachman....
Coach: Excuse me, guys, could I get a few words with you? (motions for his camera man to come closer) font color= "silver"> It won't take long.....
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Shouldn't you be at ringside at the announce table?
Coach: Yeah, I should be..... But I was told to get an interview with you guys by Paul Heyman.
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Paul Heyman? I thought X-Pac told him not to meddle in our business any more?
Coach: Look guys, I don't know what the deal is. All I know is my boss told me to do something.... So are you guys gonna let me do my job or not?
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Yeah go ahead.....
Coach: Okay. Well first off, I was wondering what your thoughts were about how Slammin' ended last week? I mean, the Kliq kinda got destroyed by Evolution.... (starts to laugh, but notices the look on HBK's face and stops himself)
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Listen here Coach.... The Kliq didn't get destroyed by Evolution the other night, Evolution just got lucky! And if I were you, I'd watch how you talked about us in our presence....
Coach: Sorry, sorry...... Uh, could we just move on?
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Yeah. But hurry it up. Your starting to test our patience.....
Coach: Well moving on.... This week on Slammin' you two have been put in a tag team match against Evolution's own, Triple H and Randy Orton. What's more, is that it's for the EWE Tag Team Titles..... How do you feel about this opportunity?
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: All I have to say, is that this Title Shot has been a long time coming. I mean, it's about time somebody stepped up and put an end to the Evolution dominance around here, and we're just the somebodies to do it! This Saturday, Evolution's Title reign as Tag Team Champions comes to an end. Because no matter what kind of crap Evolution tries to pull......when push comes to shove, HBK and I are bringing the Tag Titles over to the side of the Kliq, end of story!
Coach: Well it's clear you two seem confident going into your match on Slammin'. But aren't you the least bit worried? I mean, your taking on The Game, and The Legend Killer.... This could be a massacre for you guys....especially with the rest of Evolution lurking around in the shadows....
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Hey! What'd I tell you about disregarding the Kliq's abilities? The bottom line is Coach, The Kliq is the real deal......we lay down for nobody, and when it's all said and done, no matter how many catchy names you wanna throw at us we're still gonna win, and we're still gonna take Evolution's tag titles away from them! You see, Triple H and Randy Orton's time of reckoning has come........and that day will soon be upon them, and when that day comes......when this Saturday rolls around, you and everyone else are going to witness the first crack in Evolution's armor emerge........and Scott and I are going to be the cause of it! (grabs at the camera) Bring that Camera over here..... (stares into the camera) Now Triple H, Randy Orton, you two listen and listen good! Last week on Slammin' was the last straw! You've messed with the Kliq for the last time my friend......and come Saturday, the old frase: "Payback's a b*tch!"..... Is going to have an all new meaing for you.......
Coach: (Coach looks at HBK in astonishment of his intensity) Well Shawn, what you say may very well be true..... But what if it isn't? What if you and Hall lose to Triple H and Randy Orton, what then?
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: (looks at Coach with a very serious expression on his face) This week........there is no lose.
The cameras focus in on HBK's serious face, as they slowly fade to black...!
Scene #2: In The Ring!
Purpose: To Hype The Match!
A few minutes after the Coach interview has ended........the fans sit in silence waiting for the next segement of tonight's house show to start, when they suddenly rise to their feet at the sound of "Sexy Boy", Shawn Michaels music! The fans go nuts, as HBK dances his way out onto the stage, drops to his knees and looks towards the Heavens as pyro goes off behind him!
Once the pyro stops, HBK jumps to his feet, and makes it the rest of the way down the ramp. Then he climbs the stairs and steps into the ring..... Once in the ring, he twirls around, then poses and flexes for the crowd, as an HBK chant starts! After he finishes his signature pose, HBK takes in the fans chants.......then once they stop, so does his music.......and Hall's music hits as he makes his way down to the ring much to the delight of the sold out crowd! Once Hall has made it down the ramp and into the ring, his music cuts off, and he grabs a mic and begins to speak.......
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: (Crowd waits for it)............Hey Yo'! (Crowd goes nuts!) Now......as some of you already know, this week on Slammin' HBK and I have an EWE Tag Team Title match against Evolution.... (fans Boo at the sound of Evolution's name) And I know what a lot of people are thinkin'..... They're thinkin', "oh, Hall and Michaels can't beat Evolution, who are they trying to fool". But ya know what? All of you doubters out there are wrong! We can beat Evolution for their Tag Team Titles, and more importantly WE WILL! You see, when you put guys like us in a match of this magnitude, we never disappoint. And this Saturday won't be any different... See, just like Shawn and I have done our whole careers.....we're gonna walk through those curtains over there (points to the curtains) We're gonna walk down the aisle, we're gonna step into this very ring......and we're gonna whip ass! (fans Cheer) You see, it's simple........we're gonna win this Saturday. And there's nothing anybody can do about it. Not Triple H, not Randy Orton, not Ric Flair, and not even Batista........nobody is gonna be able to prevent us from bringing the EWE Tag Titles home to the Kliq. NOBODY!!!! (fans Cheer) See, Triple H and Orton can brag all they want about how the reason they're carrying around so many titles is because they're the best.......but the reality is, the reason they're carrying so many titles around, is because they've never defended them against anybody from the Kliq yet! You see, it's easy to say you've beaten everyone you've come up against when haven't gone up against em all yet...... And that's the exact thing everyone in Evolution is doing..... Triple H says he's "That Damn Good", but the way I see it, Triple H is "That Damn Lucky"! (laughs) But guess what Triple H? Your lucks run out..... And regardless of how good you may be, and regardless of how good you and Randy Orton may be as a tag team.......Shawn Michaels and I are that much better! And no matter what you two do, no matter how hard you two try.....you won't be able to stop the inevitable. You won't be able to stop Shawn and I from taking that tag team gold right from around your waists. And come Saturday, when you both are looking up at the lights, and hearing our names being announced as the winners.......just remember chico's, I told ya so! (fans Cheer, and Hall repeats himself to emphasize what he just said) I....told ya so.
Hall hands the mic to HBK, and everyone listens to what he has to say......
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Very well put Scott, very well put. But I have a few things i'd like to add. You see, I have a few more things to say, just in case what you said didn't quite get our point across to people..... You see everyone, what Scott Hall said is all true. And it'll all be proven this Saturday. But for those people out there who still don't believe, for those people out there that still don't think Hall and I can pull this thing off..... Let me just remind you of who we are! Let me just remind you of who we were! Let me just fill you in on who we're going to become! (fans Cheer, really starting to get behind what HBK is saying) You people see this man standing next to me? Do you see him? His name.....is Scott Hall. This man has risked life and limb day in and day out for his passion..... This man has risked life and limb for you people.... This man has risked life and limb to live his dream..... He doesn't do it for the money, he doesn't do it for the fame, hell...he doesn't even do it for the women! What he does for a living, is lay it all out on the line. And he's done this for years now. Every day.....he's laced up his boots, he's hit the weight room, he's ran mile after mile........he's done things other people could never even imagine doing! He's done some things that will go down in history as being turing points for this business as a whole! He was the man, that some years back was being back body dropped on exposed concrete, he was the man getting busted open every night, he was the man getting metal bent across his body............and the real impressive thing is, he didn't just do these things back then, he still does them today! And no matter what anyone says......he is one of the greatest this business has ever seen...... He, is Scott Hall! (fans erupt with cheers!!!) Yeah, that's right, give this man some respect. (fans Cheer even louder!) Now......that's the man standing next to me, but the man who's shoes I'M standing in, are Shawn Michaels'.... And Shawn Michaels is alot like Scott Hall......he lives and breathes this business, he steps through these ropes with passion every time he enters the ring. Shawn Michaels has done it all, he has been in the first in about every match you could think of! He's done it all! First ever grand slam champion, first to ever win a royal rumble when entering as number 1, the first man to win an Iron Man match, the first to win a Hell in a Cell, the first to win an Elimination Chamber Match........I've done it all, LITERALLY! I've done it all, and I've beaten the best of em! I've come down the ramp and tuned up the band year after year, and left everyone laying in the ring on their backs wondering what had hit them! I'm the most charasmatic superstar to ever grace a wrestling ring! To give it to you like it is......I AM, The Show Stopper, I AM, The ICON, I AM The Main Event!!!!! (fans pop!!!!) I have never been out performed in a big match situation.......and well, I consider this Saturday to be one hell of a big match situation! (fans Cheer) You see, I've told you what Scott Hall and I were, I've told you what we are today......Now, im gonna fill everyone you people in on what we're going to be in the future....... And what we're going to be in the future, is the EWE Tag Team Champions! (fans Cheer) And when I say future I don't mean a few months or years from now......I mean right after our match against Evolution this Saturday on Slammin'! You see......like I said before, this week.....there is no lose for the Kliq. And when that bell finally rings, it's gonna be our hands, that will be raised in victory.... And I can promise you that!
The fans Cheer like crazy after hearing what HBK has just had to say...... As the fans Cheer, HBK hands the mic back over to Hall for their closing statements.....
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: HBK, you've never been more right. But more importantly then you never being more right.....The Kliq has never been more focused. We have never been more determinded in our lives. We're going to win this thing come hell or high water. And regardless of what the critics think, this Saturday is our day. So Evolution, so Triple H and Randy Orton.....pucker up and kiss those Tag Titles good bye......because after Slammin', they're comin' home with us. And the only thing I have left to say is....... Don't Sing It! Bring It!
And with that, Hall drops the mic, and him and HBK head back to the back as their music hits over the PA......
Scene #3: Backstage!
Purpose: To Hype Slammin' just a little bit more!
Backstage, we see Scott Hall and Shawn Michaels walking down the hallway after their confident speech out in the ring...... As they walk down the hallway, they run into none other then the current Tag Team Champions, along with the rest of Evolution!
They all stop and stare at each other, then Hunter, with a cocky grin, begins to speak!
"THE GAME" Triple H: Well, well, well..... If it isn't the challengers for our Tag Team Gold. Hey guys, I heard what you had to say.... Moving speech, it really was (begins to applaud HBK & Hall mockingly) it's just too bad you'll both look like fools after Randy and I beat you this Saturday and expose everything the two of you just said as false trash! (laughs) I mean, do you guys really believe any of the crap you just said out there a couple of minutes ago? I mean, the way you two preached and preached, you almost sounded like children trying to convince their mommy and daddy to buy them their favorite toy. (laughs again) You two amuse me.......unfortunately for you two though, it won't be very amusing this Saturday. When Randy and I get rid of you pests once and for all.....
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Ya know..... That's pretty tough talk coming from a man who nearly got beat by Shawn Stasiak last week.
"THE GAME" Triple H: Excuse me? Do you mind running that one by me again? (laughs) I thought I heard you say I nearly got beat last week on Slammin'..... Well, maybe you were watching a different match then I was Scotty. But from what I can remember I won last week...... Try getting your facts straight every once and a while, you low life alcoholic!
Hall steps forward getting ready to throw a punch at Triple H, but HBK restrains him....
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: No man...... He's not worth it. Just let it go. We'll get our chance Saturday. Until then..... We wanna keep these two healthy so they can't weasle out of wrestling us on Saturday.
Hall calms down.....
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Yeah, your right...... (looks HHH right in the eyes) Saturday Hunter, saturday......
"The Legend Killer" Randy Orton: (mocks Hall) Saturday Hunter saturday..... What the hell's that? Is that supposed to strike fear into The Game's heart? (laughs) Hey, maybe you haven't figured it out yet......but you and Shawny boy over there don't have a chance in hell of walking away with our Tag Team Titles this Saturday.....
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Is that right?
Hall takes his tooth pick out of his mouth, and flicks it right into Orton's face......!
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: Well maybe you haven't figured out when and when not to open that little mouth of yours. (smirks) The next time you say something I don't like..... It won't be a tooth pick that comes flying at your face, it'll be a fist!
"The Nature Boy" Ric Flair: Now you hold on one god darn minute Hall! Nobody, Whooo, and I mean nobody disrespects Randy Orton like that! So I advise you to watch your back bub, before you wind up in the back of an ambulance, heading to the emergency room!
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: Hey! Old man, why don't you shut your mouth, I don't recall including you into this conversation......
"The Nature Boy" Ric Flair: Oh yeah? We'l... (gets cut off by HHH)
"THE GAME" Triple H: Just who do you think your talking to Shawn Michaels? That's Ric Flair your running your mouth about, 16 Time World Heavyweight Champion......he could mop you up in a second!
"The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels: I highly doubt that that dinosaur standing behind you can even throw a punch anymore, let alone mop the floor with floor me!
"The Nature Boy" Ric Flair: Come on punk, lets go, right here, right now! Come on!
Ric puts his fists up, but Triple tells him to put them back down.....
"THE GAME" Triple H: No Ric, he's not worth it..... And that Neanderthal standing next to him isn't worth it either.....
Scott "The Original Outsider" Hall: We'll see who puts up and shuts up come match time.
"The Legend Killer" Randy Orton: That we will, that we will.....
Batista: Come on, lets get out of here, these two are starting to bore me.
Evolution slowly begins to back off, as the scene starts to fade out.....
"THE GAME" Triple H: Saturday boys..... Saturday!
Scene goes to black...!
