Forward: This Sunday, Chris Jericho has a chance to obtain the Intercontinental Title at Deadly Game. But one man stands in his way, and that man is Edge. The two Canadian Natives look to square off one on one. Which man will over come the other? Will Edge tap to the Walls? Or will Edge strike Jericho down with a well timed Spear? Nobdoy knows......but there's one way to find out! Tune in to Deadly Game this Sunday!
Scene #1: The Concert!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!
It is now exactly 5 minutes before the Concert is set to start..... The scene opens up, with Chris Jericho stepping out of a long black limousine. Jeircho shuts the door behind him, and heads towards the arena doors.........but before he reaches them, he's greeted by the rest of Fozzy!
Rich Ward: Chris! We thought you were gonna no show......there's only 5 minutes before we're set to go on.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Really, 5 minutes? (looks down at his watch) Well what'd ya know, your right.
Rich Ward: What took you so long?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well to begin with, I almost missed my plane! They lost my luggage at the Manchester air port! And my driver got lost on the way over here!
Bud Fontsere: Dang bro, it sounds like you've had a rough 24 hours.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: You have no idea.... (wonders if they've got the stage set up yet) So, is everything all set up?
Billy Grey: Yeah, the stage has been set up for about an hour now.... We've just been standing around waiting for you.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Oh okay, good.
Keith Watson: Speaking of waiting, we're 2 minutes late, we should already be on stage, we better not keep the fans waiting.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well lets get movin'.
Rich Ward: All right then, lets get to it boys!
The band members head towards the stage....... They get right behind the curtains, but before they go out, they signal their agent to go ahead and start their entrance.
Just then, a Fozzy intro video begins to play over the Titan-Tron, and pyro starts shooting off everywhere! Causing the fans to go into a frenzy!!!
After the pyro stops.......the band runs out onto the stage and grabs their instruments. Y2J gets on the mic and talks a little before their opening number.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Hello out there..... Are you people ready to rock?! (the crowd pops) Oh come on! Is that all ya got? I said.......ARE YOU PEOPLE READY TO ROCK!!!!?????!!!!!! (the fans erupt!!!) All right, that's what I wanted to hear! (fans pop a little again) Now, this first number is something we like to call.......BLACKOUT!
The fans cheer a little bit more, and then Fozzy hits the music!

Scene #2: Autograph Signing!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!
The scene comes to light, and we see Jericho walking down a hallway backstage, carrying a bottle of water in his right hand...... When WWFX Talent Agent Arn Anderson approaches him.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: (takes a sip of water) What's up Junior?
"Double A" Arn Anderson: Don't you remember?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Remember what...?
"Double A" Arn Anderson: You have an autograph signing out front to go to, remember? We booked this thing months ago.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Oh right! (takes another swig of water) The autograph sigining.... With the concert taking place I completely forgot about it.
"Double A" Arn Anderson: Well come on, all the other Superstars are already out there....
Double A leads the way, as Y2J makes his way out front..... Once they get to the doors, Double A leaves Jericho to make his way out front on his own.
"Double A" Arn Anderson: Well, good luck, it's a mad house out there....
Double A walks off, and at the same time Jericho heads through the doors...... When Y2J gets out front there's an up roar from the crowd.... Jericho makes his way down a barracaded isle to a table with his name on it, there are a bunch of pictures of himself, and a pen already lying there for him.
Y2J takes a seat, and the first fan in Jericho's line is heard mumbling: "it took you long enough." Y2J tries to play it off like he didn't hear the fan.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So what's your name kid? I'm sure you want an autograph....
"A filthy Edge-Head": No, I don't want your stinkin' autograph.........I just wanted to tell you that your gonna lose to Edge tonight!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Is that right? (laughs a little) Well it just so happens that i'm not gonna lose to Edge tonight..... Nor will I ever lose to that little punk!
"A filthy Edge-Head": What did you say? (the little fan starts crying and saying....) He cussed at me! He cussed at me!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: What?! No I didn't....
Just then, the eight year old boy's father comes rushing over.....
Filthy Edge Head's Father: What's going on here....?
"A filthy Edge-Head": He cussed at me daddy...
Filthy Edge Head's Father: He did what? (turns to Jericho) You were cussing at my boy?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: What?! No!
"A filthy Edge-Head": Yes you did.... You called me a little brat......and then you called me an Ass-Clown!
Filthy Edge Head's Father: YOU SAID WHAT TO MY BOY?!?!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Hey! I said no such thing to your kid! He's making it up! He came over here and started yelling at me, I didn't do anything to him!
Filthy Edge Head's Father: Oh really? Well we'll just see about that! SECURITY! SECURITY!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Wha....wha, what are you doing?
Filthy Edge Head's Father: I'm calling security over here so something can be done about you! I may even sue!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: What? Sue?
Security arrives.....
Security Guard # 1: Okay.... What's going on here?
Filthy Edge Head's Father: This man cussed at my boy! And I want charges filed against him for emotional assault!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Emotional assault?! What the hell is that?! That's not even a real Charge!
Security Guard # 2: Sir, calm down.........
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: I'm not gonna calm down! This is absurd! I was trying to be nice to this kid, I offered to give him my autograph even after he was rude to me...... And now im having charges filed against me?!
Security Guard # 2: That's not official yet sir.....
Filthy Edge Head's Father: Oh yes it is official!
Security Guard # 1: Sir, you calm down as well.... You'll both speak when spoken to. Now, (turns to Jericho) you tell us your side of the story....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well when I first sat down, that kid was very rude to me.....
Security Guard # 1: How so?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: He made a rude comment...... He told me it took me long enough to get out here.
Security Guard # 1: Okay......then what happened?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well, I didn't get mad. I just sat down, and then I asked the kid what his name was so I could give him an autograph. But he said he didn't want my stinkin' autograph, and that I was going to lose tonight....... So I said back to him that I wasn't going to lose. And then he started crying and claiming I cussed at him!
Security Guard # 2: All right sir, now your side please......
Filthy Edge Head's Father: Well my son said that he called him a little brat and an Ass-Clown.
Security Guard # 2: An Ass-Clown?
Filthy Edge Head's Father: Yes, an Ass-Clown?
Security Guard # 2: (turns to Jericho) Did you call his boy an Ass-Clown?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: No, of course not....
Security Guard # 2: (turns back to the other man) Okay, so you say he called your boy an Ass-Clown..... What else did he call him?
Filthy Edge Head's Father: That's it sir, a brat and an Ass-Clown is all that he called him.
Security Guard # 2: All right.... And you say you want to file an emotional assault charge?
Filthy Edge Head's Father: Yes. Chris Jericho is my son's favorite wrestler, he's all my son has talked about for the past few weeks...... And his favorite wrestler calling him an Ass-Clown is emotionally disturbing for him.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Favorite wrestler? What are you talking about? Your son's a little Edge-Head! He doesn't even like me....
Security Guard # 2: Sir keep quiet..... As a matter of fact go stand over there.
Points to a spot a couple of feet away.......Jericho heads over there reluctantly....... After a few seconds Security Guard 1 goes over to talk to Jericho.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So what's the deal?
Security Guard # 1: Well, we were able to talk the two of them down....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So they're dropping the charges?
Security Guard # 1: Only if you pay them 5 thousand dollars grievances....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: 5 thousand dollars?! Are they nuts...?!
Security Guard # 1: Look, if they sue they could get a lot more. I mean, who do you think a jude will believe? A wrestler slash rock star, or an eight year old kid?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: You have a point...... Uhhhh! All right, tell them I'll pay!
Security Guard # 1: Okay.... I'll go tell them.
The Security Guard goes back over there to tell them.......and in a couple of minutes everything is settled...... Jericho sits back down and finishes the autograph signing, and after it's over he heads back into the arena, where he runs into Arn Anderson again.
"Double A" Arn Anderson: So how'd it go out there?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Don't ask. Don't even ask.......
The scene fades to black....!
Scene #3: The High Light Reel on Heat!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!
The scene comes to light, and we see The High Light Reel stage set, set up in the ring. While the cameras stay fixed on the ring, The Coach and Al Snow are heard talking....
"The Playa" The Coach: Well folks, welcome to Sunday Night Heat! I'm here with my announce partner Al Snow, ready to call the LIVE action as it occurs.... We have a number of matches set to take place tonight, but what I want to know.......is why The High Light Reel is set up in the ring? I mean, are we gonna have a High Light Reel here on Heat?
"What does everybody want?" Al Snow: It would seem so Coach.... I mean, why else would the stuff be in the ring?
"The Playa" The Coach: I don't know... I guess you have to be right Al, we're gonna have an edition of the High Light Reel here on Heat!
"What does everybody want?" Al Snow: Well that's good news isn't it?
"The Playa" The Coach: It sure is! What better way to kick off tonight's festivities before Deadly Game, then by having a High Light Reel to kick us off?
Just then........the Y2J Counter starts! And the fans, as well as the announcers, wait for Jericho's arrival.
"What does everybody want?" Al Snow: Well speaking of the Hight Light Reel.......it looks like we're about to start the show right now!

BOOM!!! Pyro erupts across the entrance area......and a cloud of smoke fills the air, as Chris Jericho walks confidently out from behind the curtains. The fans Boo wildly, as Jericho turns his back to them and stretches his arms out...... After he's finished striking his pose, he spins around to face the crowd.

Then he makes it the rest of the way down the ramp...... He climbs up the ring steps, and then through the ropes and into the ring. He paces around the ring for a couple of seconds......then grabs a mic, and begins to speak, as his music cuts off.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Hello everyone, and welcome to another must see edition of the High Light Reel! (gets a mixed reaction) Tonight's show is going to be a great one folks..... We're gonna recap the events that led me up to Deadly Game. And i'm gonna have a very special guest on the show tonight! (another mixed reaction, but there are a few more cheers this time....) Now, to start things off.......lets take a look at my Debut here in the WWFX....... Jeri-Tron 5000, roll the footage!
The cameras focus in on the Jeri-Tron 5000, as footage of Jericho's Debut match begins to play.
The Footage: images of Jeircho and Randy Orton clashing with Stone Cold and RVD are seen..............
RVD hitting some high risk moves, Jericho hitting a drop kick, and Austin throwing some right hands......'
Finally we see Jericho trying to break up the 3 count on Orton, but is unable to..... A few shots of Jericho in dismay over his loss are shown, then the footage ends.
After the footage finishes, the cameras cut back to Jericho in the ring.....

| Speaks On The High Light Reel |
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Yep, not a very good Debut at all.... I mean, I lost my very first match here in the WWFX. All because my partner dropped the ball. Now, most men in my situation would have given up, but not me! Not Chris Jericho! Oh no, no, no..... You see, the next week on Raw, I redeemed my first loss, by defeating Ric Flair via Disqualification. And not only did I defeat Ric Flair, I also got the opportunity that has taken me to where I am now......... On this night, I got put in the I.C. Tournament! Here, lets take a look at the last few moments of that match. Roll the footage....
The cameras focus in on the Jeri-Tron 5000 just like before......as the footage beings to play.
The Footage: Flair and Jericho are seen battling it out with one another..... They're seen fighting outside the ring, then back inside the ring.... Flair is seen giving huge knife edged chops to Jericho......... Then Flair is seen disqualifying himself, and Adam Norton making his way out onto the stage......
The footage up until now has been silent, but during this part of it we hear Norton's voice:
Jeircho, you and Flair will wrestle again next week.......and the winner will move onto Deadly Game to face one of the other participants in the I.C. Tournament.........with the Intercontinental Title on the line!!!!
The footage ends......by showing a smile on Jericho's face.
Jericho recaps what we just saw.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So how about that? I bounced back from my first loss; and not only did I cause Ric Flair to purposely disqualify himself so he didn't have to fight me anymore, but I also impressed Adam Norton so much that he decided to give me a shot at the Intercontinental Title. Wow! Only a man of my stature could pull off something like that in one night! But hey, I am Chris Jeircho......The King of the World, and a HUGE Rock Star! (fans Boo a little) But enough about my accomplishments on that night, lets take a look at what I did the next night. Because what I did that night, sealed my match at Deadly Game....
The cameras focus back on the Jeri-Tron 5000.....
The Footage: Images of Jericho and Flair in their second match are shown.....
Jericho and Flair are seen exchanging rights and lefts, some chops by Flair, and Jericho hitting the Lionsault....
Then we see Jericho's hand being raised in victory....
After the footage finishes, the cameras cut back to Jericho.....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So there you had it..... I had now beaten Ric Flair not once, but twice! And I was now moving onto Deadly Game to wrestle for the Intercontinental Title. Which brings us to the present........to tonight, where I will rip Edge limb from limb! (fans Boo) What's wrong? You people don't believe me? You people don't think that I can do it? Well I got news for ya, I can, and I WILL!!! (gives a cocky smirk to the crowd) Just you people wait and see.......by the end of the night, I'll be your Intercontinental Champion! And once you see how badly I defeat Edge, you'll all become Jerica-holics right on the spot! (more Boo's) But enough about me..... I think it's time for me to bring out my next guest. Now, this guest of mine is also wrestling for a Championship tonight, just like I am. But this guy is wrestling for the richest prize in the game. Hell! This man is The Game! Triple H, come on down!
The lights dim, and a spot light shines on the stage......as "Time To Play The Game" hits over the PA! The fans jump to their feet with excitment, as Triple H walks through the curtains, and makes his way down the ramp....

Once down the ramp, Triple H climbs up onto the apron, looks out into the crowd..........leans back, and spits his water into the air, causing a ripple effect of cheers in the arena! After Triple H has finished, he steps into the ring, and is handed a mic by Jericho........Hunter's music cuts off, and Jericho begins to speak.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: So how ya doin' Hunter? Are you ready for your big Hell in a Cell match tonight?
"The Game" Triple H: I was born ready..... And after I over come all odds tonight, inside the Hell in a Cell, everyone is going to realize, without a shadow of a doubt......that I AM, That.....Damn.......Good! (the fans pop, and once they quiet down, Triple H asks Y2J a question of his own) But what about you Chris? Are you ready for your match tonight? I mean, a lot of people are saying that Edge is gonna beat you tonight....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Who's saying Edge is going to beat me? The fans? What'da they know....? (catches major heat) Look, there are a few things I know will happen for certain tonight.......Number 1: Deadly Game will go off without a hitch, Number 2: the match between Adam Norton and Eric Bischoff will be the funniest thing anyone has ever seen, and Number 3: I.....will walk away with the Intercontinental Championship.
"The Game" Triple H: Well what about the Main Event? Don't you think Triple H winning the World Title tonight is a certainty?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Of course not...... If anybody's gonna survive the Hell in a Cell tonight......and walk away with the World Title, it's gonna be Chris Beniot.
"The Game" Triple H: What?! (moves a little closer to Jericho) Chris Beniot?
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Yeah, Chris Beniot.....
"The Game" Triple H: Now, I'll be the first to tell ya Beniot is a hell of an athlete.........but as far as tonight goes, I'm the only man walking out of Hell in a Cell with the Title.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Is that right?
"The Game" Triple H: Yeah, it is....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well excuse me for speakin' the truth. But in all honesty Hunter, there's a better chance of Jay Ho not marrying again.....
Triple H is noticeably getting a little ticked off.....
"The Game" Triple H: Now you look here you little Lynrd Skynrd wanna-be...... I'M Triple H! I do what I wanna do, when I wanna do it! (steps a little closer to Jericho) And right now......i'm thinkin' I wanna beat your head in.
Jericho backs up....
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Back off Mr. Schnoz! (puts his hands in a "T", as if to call a Time Out) Time out! Just hold on for a second.....
Triple H, although very angry, stops to listen to what Jericho has to say.
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Now this....(points to the Jeri-Tron 5000)......is a very expensive piece of equipment. And I don't need you throwing a temper tantrum and destroying it. So jus.....
Triple H doesn't let Jericho finish......he just walks over and starts destroying the Jeri-Tron 5000!!!
"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Get away from there you Ass-Clown! That thing cost more money then it took to send you to college....
Triple H ignores Jericho, and continues to destroy the Jeri-Tron 5000.

This remark gets Hunter's attention........
"The Game" Triple H: (smiles) You wanna go?
Y2J takes his shirt off, signaling to Triple H that he's ready to fight....... Once Y2J has his shirt off, Triple H takes his shirt off as well, and the two men circle each other. Triple H lunges at Y2J, but Y2J throws his shirt in Triple H's face and ducks behind him........with Triple H temporarily blinded by Y2J's shirt, Jericho pushes Triple H from behind, sending him towards one of the turnbuckles....
But Triple H doesn't hit the turnbuckle, he catches himself just in time! He throws the shirt off of his face, and turns to Jericho.....
At this point, Y2J has realized his plan of blinding Triple H and then taking the advantage, hasn't worked.........so instead of staying and fighting a fair fight, he quickly rolls out of the ring to safety......

The fans start to Boo a little, dissapointed that they won't get to see Jericho and Triple H go at it........but after Jericho is gone, and Triple H's music hits, they start to Cheer again.
