Forward: This Sunday, Chris Jericho has a chance to obtain the Intercontinental Title at Deadly Game. But one man stands in his way, and that man is Edge. The two Canadian Natives look to square off one on one. Which man will over come the other? Will Edge tap to the Walls? Or will Edge strike Jericho down with a well timed Spear? Nobdoy knows......but there's one way to find out! Tune in to Deadly Game this Sunday!

Scene #1: WWFX Arena, Y2J Speaks!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!

The scene comes to light, and Jerry "The King" Lawler and Jim Ross are seen sitting at the announce table. The cameras zoom in as we start to hear their conversation.

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Hello folks, we're here in Greensboro North Carolina.......at one of the WWFX's last House Shows before Deadly Game. I'm Jim Ross. And as always im here with my colleague Jerry "The King" Lawler. King, this Sunday's Card is packed with solid action.... And one of the matches people are looking forward to the most, is the match that'll decide the new Intercontinental Champion!

"The King" Jerry Lawler: That's right JR. Chris Jericho versus Edge! JR I can't wait for this one! The Larger than Life Living Legend, versus the man that reeks of Awesomeness, Edge.

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Yep, it should be a slobber knocker.....

"The King" Jerry Lawler: Yeah, but the thing that strikes me as odd, is that we've heard from Edge on numerous occasions........but we've yet to hear from Chris Jericho?

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Well Jericho isn't known for keeping his mouth shut, but your right King. Jericho has been realitivly quiet this past few days..... I wonder what he's up to?

Just then, the lights dim......and the Y2J Counter flashes across the Titan-Tron!

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Well King, it looks as if the silent Jericho is finally going to speak his mind.....

And with that, Pyro explodes, and "Break Down The Walls" begins to play......as Chris Jericho struts out onto the stage!

Jericho turns his back to the crowd, and holds his arms out..... Then he twirls around and heads down the ramp. Once down the ramp, he climbs up the ring steps, leans up against the ropes, and then climbs into the ring..... Once in the ring, Y2J grabs a mic, and begins to speak......as his music fades off.

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Welcome to WWFX is Jericho!!!! (gets a mixed reaction) You know, for the past week.........I've been sitting backstage, listening to Edge ramble on and on about how he's going to become the next Intercontinental Champion and how much better then me he is.... And ya know what? (pauses, letting his question sink in, and then continues) I'M SICK OF IT!!! (another mixed reaction) I mean, there's only so many "I reek of awesomeness's" you can hear before it starts to drive you insane! And finally it has.... Edge, you've driven me insane with your constant blabbering of awesomeness, and the I.C Title, and how much I suck. The fact is Edge, you don't reek of awesomeness.......you reek of annoyance. And after this Sunday that's not all you'll reek of.... Because after this Sunday, after I beat you, after I make you tap to the Walls; you won't be reeking of awesomenss Edge, you'll be reeking of dissapointment. Dissapointment in yourself, and dissapointment to your fans.... Edge, your siking yourself up for a huge dissapointment. You seem to think that your actually going to defeat me this Sunday. But the fact of the matter is Edge.....you won't. To tell you the truth you probably won't even come close. I mean, your gonna be in the ring with the King of The World! The Larger Than Life Living Legend! (laughs) You'll be lucky to last 5 minutes in the ring with a specimen such as myself..... (smirks confidently) You see, the thing you need to realize Edge......is that im not some push over. I'm not a Jobber. I'm Chris Jericho Damn It! I beat The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in the same night to become the 1st EVER Undisputed Champion back in the WWE. Your nothing to me Edge. Your not even in my league. You don't even belong in the same ring as me..... You should be standing in line waiting for my autograph at a mall somewhere, not getting ready to face me in a match. ( the fans "ewwww", acknowledging the major diss by Jericho) I'm Chris Jericho.......I will tear you apart. You see Edge, what I am......is a first class athlete, bar none! And what you are........is a worthless piece of crap, that should consider himself lucky to not be working dark matches! (the fans Boo a little bit) The way you run your mouth you'd think your some kind of Icon. But your not an Icon, are you Edge? No. Your not an Icon. Your just a pathetic excuse for a wrestler.......the only thing good about ya is that you hail from Canada, but even that doesn't make up for how much of a loser you are! Edge, this Sunday, at Deadly Game, I'm gonna teach you a lesson. That lesson being, don't let your mouth write checks that your ass can't cash.... Because that's exactly what you've been doing. You've been telling all your Edge-Heads out there that your going to walk away with the Intercontinental Title, that your going to beat Y2J. Well I got news for ya bucko, ain't gonna happen! As long as im still breathing I will never allow you to disgrace the Intercontinental Title by having it strapped around your waist. You see Edge, you talk about how much the Intercontinental Title means to you........but what about what it means to me? huh? I care about it just as much as you do. The only difference is, im worthy of it, and your not. I mean, who did you beat to get your shot at the I.C. Title? I beat Ric Flair, 16 time World Champion! I deserve that Championship, not you! The fact of the matter is, you haven't worked for it.... You haven't blead and sweat like I have.... I had to beat the greatest wrestler of all time to get my shot.........this Title means more to me then you could ever imagine. This Title is my stepping stone to the ultimate prize. You see, I should be in the Main Event this Sunday for the World Title, but instead......im wrestling against a second rate wrestler like you for the I.C. Title. I should be in the Main Event, I'm not a middle carder......I'm the High Light of The Night! I'm the guy who puts the butts in the seats! It's my Jerich-ca-oholic who fill these stands out here......not your Edge-Heads. I'm the man people come to see.......but for some reason im stuck wrestling against you this Sunday. Edge, I'm better then you.... And I don't just mean i'm better then you.......I mean I'm better then you. But not to worry...... Because when I defeat you this Sunday, and become the new Intercontinental Champion...... I won't have to worry about being a middle carder anymore, I won't have to worry about wrestling against second rate wrestlers anymore........I'll have made it to the big leagues. And I'll be the man getting a shot at the World Title after Deadly Game. And nobody, and I mean nobody.....is gonna stand in my way!

And with that, Jericho drops the mic, as "Break Down The Walls" begins to play over the PA once again.... The cameras cut back to the announce table as Jericho heads up the ramp....

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Well Chris Jericho, who has been silent for some time, has finally spoken....

"The King" Jerry Lawler: He sure has.... And thanks to him the truth has finally been told.

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: What truth?

"The King" Jerry Lawler: The truth that Edge isn't in Jericho's league. And that Jericho shouldn't be wrestling second rate wrestlers such as Edge, he should be wrestling for the World Title!

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: Oh give me a break! Are you actually bying in to what Jericho has just said?

"The King" Jerry Lawler: Of course JR, aren't you?

"BBQ Man" Jim Ross: I.. I, (shakes his head) I'm at a loss for words....

The scene fades to black....!

Scene #2: Backstage!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!

The scene opens up, and we see Johnathan Coachman standing backstage with Chris Jeirhco. Coach, begins to speak....

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Now Jericho, after hearing what you've just said out in the ring.......I have a few questions I'd like to ask you. Number one, what do you mean when you say Edge is a second rate wrestler?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: What? Do I have to spell it out for you Coach? I mean, that Edge is not at the same level that i'm at! I am a world class athlete.... I've beaten the best in the business..... I was the 1st EVER Undisputed Champion in the WWE..... I beat The Crock and Stone Cold in the same night for christ's sake! (pauses, and looks Coach in the eye) And you tell me what Edge has done? (waits for Coach's reply, but Coach has none) Exactly! You have nothing to say, because Edge hasn't done a damn thing in his career..... The only thing that you could remotely reference as an accomplishment of his......is coming up with a bunch of nifty catch phrases. But besides that, Edge has done nothing. While I on the other hand have done it all!

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Well what about earning the right to go to Deadly Game and wrestle you for the Intercontinental Championship? Don't you think that's an accomplishment?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: No Coach.... And do you wanna know why? (Coach shakes his head yes) Because it's not an accomplishment if you get lucky.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: So are you saying that the only reason Edge has a shot at the I.C. Title is because he got lucky?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Got lucky, lucked out..... Call it what you want. But the fact is, it's only by the grace of God that Edge has been given such an opporotunity....

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Okay.... Well, I can tell you seem pretty confident that you'll defeat Edge this Sunday. But besides the fact that you think Edge is a second rate wrestler that got lucky, why are you so confident?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Because Coach, i'm The King of The World! And because I can feel it in my bones that i'm going to win this Sunday. You see, everything I've done since I debuted here has led me up to this point........And I know that I wouldn't have gotten this far if it wasn't going to turn out well for me. Now I don't want to come off sounding like that Ass-Clown HBK talking like this.........but some how I just know things are going to work out for me this Sunday.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Well Chris, I don't want to sound bias or anything, but it sounds like you really have something against Edge personally...... Why is that?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: It's not that I have something against Edge personally.....it's just that the man makes me sick. He sounds like a surfer from the movie Point Break..... Someone needs to let him know that he's from Canada, and that he's not Keanu Reeves.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Okay.... Well going into Deadly Game, what is your mind set going to be? Are you heading into your match with strictly a win on your mind, or are you hoping to embarrass Edge this Sunday?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well Coach, as far as my mind set goes......i'm going into my match with Edge this Sunday looking for a win. Now, if I get the chance to really rub it into Edge's face that he sucks, yeah, I'll do that. But going into the match, im only looking for a win.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: All right. Well earlier tonight you talked about how much the I.C. Title ment to you. And how you were hoping to use it as a stepping stone to the ultimate prize in the business, which of course is the World Title. Could you elaborate on that?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Well Coach, like I said.....the I.C. Title does mean a lot to me. It's a Title I held quite a few times back in the WWE. And I know how prestige's it is. It's a Title I would really like to have again......and it's a Title I would really hate to see strapped around Edge's waist. Which is why i'm going to do everything in my power to ensure that belt goes home with me this Sunday.... Now as far as using it as a stepping stone.......yeah, that is what I'd use it for. I mean, it's the highest Championship you can earn here aside from the World Title. And winning it signifies that your up there.....that your in contention with the big boys. Which is right where I want to be, up there with the big boys, battling it out for the World Title.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: I see. Well what shape are you in going into this match? Are you ready physically for a Pay-Per-View environment match up?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Of course I am.... I mean, I'm not a Sexy Beast for nothin'! I work out 5 days a week. I lift weights, jump rope, run, do push ups and sit ups......you name it and I do it. I'm one of the most well conditioned athletes you'll ever meet. And I'll prove that this Sunday when I run Edge dry. Am I ready physically for a Pay-Per-View environment match up? Ha! I was born ready!

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: All right. Well we're running short on time here.... Is there anything else you'd like to say to your opponent this Sunday?

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: Yeah.... (turns to the cameras) Edge, this Sunday marks the begining of the end for you. You see, this Sunday, you'll be stepping into the ring with Chris Jericho.......a man who won't show you a bit of mercy. I'm going to pound you senseless, beat you to a bloody pulp, make you cry like a little girl! This Sunday Edge, your gonna find out why I was the first EVER Undisputed Champion back in the WWE! Your gonna find out why I sent all my competition running over here to the WWFX. Yeah, I may be cocky.......but guess what? It' ain't bragin' if you can back it up. And baby, I can back it up! So get ready for the most pain you've ever felt in your entire life Edge. Because this Sunday, when I lock in the Walls of Jericho on you, and I increase the pressure......more, and more, and more......your gonna realize that your somewhere you don't belong........in the ring with me! You see Edge, you don't belong in the presence of someone like me.......and this Sunday, your gonna find that out.....the hard way!

The cameras zoom out, and Coach raps up the interview.

"The Playa" Johnathan Coachman: Well Chris, thank you for your time, and good luck this Sunday against Edge......

And with that, Jericho gives one last look at the cameras, before walking away.....as the scene fades to black...!

Scene #3: In The Parking Lot!
Purpose: To Hype Deadly Game!

The scene comes to light, and Jericho is seen standing in the Arena Parking Lot. He's holding his hands behind his back like he's hiding something.... But the people watching up on the Titan-Tron don't notice this, instead they sit quietly and listen as Chris Jericho speaks.

"The King of The World" Chris Jericho: This Sunday.........everyone will get the privilege of watching moi destroy Edge, and become the Intercontinental Champion. But this match of mine with Edge, isn't just about the Intercontinental Title. It's a little more then that. You see, lately, things have gotten a little personal between Edge and I. See, things got personal when Edge started making little wise cracks about me, like calling me such things as "Y2Gay." (Jericho frowns just thinking about the comment) And now, with things getting personal......I thought it was my time to retaliate for all derogatory remarks spoken towards me by Edge. Now Edge, your probably wondering what I have on my mind.... You probably think i'm gonna come back with an insult of mine own. Maybe I'll just call you an Ass-Clown and that'll be the end of it? I'm sure that's what your thinking.... But no. You see, we've gone beyond catchy insults. This time i'm gonna come back with a little something more then a catch phrase..... (Y2J takes a few steps to his left, and a black car comes into view) You know, this is a very beautiful car.... (Y2J smirks, as he runs his hand across the car's hood) Nice paint job.... And would ya look at those rims! (laughs a little) I thought I was the King of Bling Bling?! But I guess not.... And oh, look at what else this car has......leather interior. (Y2J shakes his head) But look at this, the owner of this car left the window rolled down.... How foolish? I mean, anybody could just come over here and steal this thing......or better yet, ruin it! (gets a sinister grin on his face) I wonder who the owner of this car is? Oh wait......there's a parking sticker hanging from the rear view mirror.......lets take a look shall we? (takes a look at the parking sticker, and reads the name of the owner out loud) How about that.......it says the owner of this vehicle is Edge. (Y2J smiles, and pulls out the thing he was hiding behind his back......a can of paint!) Gee, I wonder what I could do with this? Hmmmmmm..... (Y2J pretends to ponder over what to do with the paint, then he opens the container up) Oh wait, I have an idea! What if I throw this can of yellow paint all over the front of this car? What'd ya think Edge?

Y2J takes the can of paint and tosses it all over Edge's car!
