Forward: Last Saturday on Slammin', Austin made his return to the ring..... As he defeated Tazz with authority in his first match back since Ultimate Revolution 2. Speaking of URII, this Saturday on Slammin', Austin will be taking on Ric Flair, in a rematch! This one could be big folks! Since Austin got screwed at URII he's talked about nothing but repaying Evolution, this is his chance. If Austin can pull off a victory against one of Evolution's premiere members, it could really send a message! Will ol' Stone Cold get the job done like he did last week? Or will his momentum come to a halt?
Scene #1: The Hunt!
Purpose: To Hype Slammin'! And To Strike Fear Into Flair's Heart!
The scene comes to light, and we see Stone Cold Steve Austin, all decked out in his camouflage and hunting gear.... He's standing in the woods with his rifle, he is seen looking off through the trees.... After a while, he turns and looks into the camera.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: I bet your wondering why I had EWE Cameras follow me out here into the wilderness behind my property? (Austin pauses...then continues) Well it's simple really.... I wanted to show you a hunt Flair.
Austin turns, and the cameras follow him as he walks through the trees.... After a couple of seconds, he comes to the edge of a creek, he stops, turns, and talks into the camera once again....
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: You see Ric, in nature, it's always about life and death. See, everything dies, and everything that dies dies from something..... I came to show you the way the world works Flair.
Austin walks across the shallow creek to the other side, the cameras follow him, and Austin talks as he walks.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: See Flair, on a hunt......everything's simple. There's only two different kind of things on a hunt. The hunter and the hunted..... Now, the hunted does it's best to keep it's self away and hidden from the hunter. While on the other hand, the hunter tries to find the hunted, while at the same time making sure the hunted doesn't spot him..... Now your probably wondering what all of this has to do with you and me? And I'll tell ya.... See, it's simple Ric, your the hunted, and im the hunter. You see, im after you Flair. Ever since URII I've had my eyes set on you, and pretty soon I'll have you......
Austin walks forward, towards a big oak tree. Once he gets to it, he crouches down, and sets his sights on a clearing about 30 yards away.....
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Ya see Flair.....the wrestling ring isn't much different then the circle of life. Once the top dog gets old, it's time for a young one to take it's place. The same thing pertains to a pack of wolves..... See, the pack doesn't go for the young bucks, no....they go for the old diseased ones.... The ones that would die whether or not the pack got to them..... Well Ric, your the old diseased buck, and im the pack of wolves. I'm the one that's gonna put you out of your misery..... (a cracking of a branch is heard out in the distance) See Ric, your time has come and gone. Your no longer the alpha male.... Not even in your inner circle of friends, yeah......I saw the way Batista was chosen over you to take one half of the tag titles.... Do you know why he was chosen instead of you? Because, just like I do, your own friends recognize your weakness! Your old Ric, your time at the top is over. It's time for you to step down, and im just the man to make you do it. See Flair, the bottom line is....your the hunted. Your an easy target. And sooner or later, some big predator is gonna pick you off. And that big predator Ric......is me..... I'm the one, that's going to finish you off. See Ric, you can run from the hunter, but you can't hide. I'm after ya.....(the camera pans to the clearing, where a big buck is now seen grazing).....and as your about to see, I always get my kill.
Austin raises his rifle and takes aim.... As he takes aim, he's heard talking.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Now Ric, just for hypothetical purposes..... Let's say your that deer..... Let's say I'm myself...... And let's say that field the deer is standing in, is the ring...... This Saturday Ric, this, is what's going to happen to ya..... This is what's going to go down this Saturday, between the hunter and the hunted....
BOOM! Austin pulls the trigger....... Birds scatter from the trees, for a split second there is chaos.....then, silence. The cameras zoom in, and focus on Austin, as he turns to the cameras.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: What?!..........
The scene, slowly fades to black....!
Scene #1: At the announce table!
Purpose: To Hype Slammin'!
The scene comes to light, and we see Good Ol' JR and Jerry "The King" Lawler sitting at the announce table. The footage of Austin hunting in the woods has just finished playing up on the Titan-Tron, and The King and JR are heard disscussing it.
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Well King, as you just saw, Austin is clearly sending a message to Ric Flair.
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Yeah, and that message is.....LOOK OUT! (laughs a little) As you just said JR, Austin is sending a message, and if I was Flair, I would be a little worried about steping into the ring with him this Saturday on Slammin'.
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: You better believe it King..... And if last Saturday is any kind of omen, Flair is in for a world of hurt.
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Yeah, Austin said that a new Austin era would begin last Saturday.... And boy oh boy did he kick of his new era with a bang? I mean, did you see what he did to Tazz?
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: I sure did. Tazz never even got going, he never even through a punch! Austin completely dominated last Saturday....and if he does the same this week.....Flair is in some serious trouble.
A WOOOOOOOO is heard, and Flair's music suddenly hits over the PA!
"The King" Jerry Lawler: And speaking of Flair, here he is now.
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Yeah, he's scheduled to have a match next.......
Flair makes his way down the ramp and into the ring, then he struts around for a while, before taking of his robe..... After that, some nobody's music hits over the PA, and a no name runs out to the ring, he slides in under the ropes, and stares at Flair nevervously......
Just then, Glass Shatters! And Stone Cold's music begins to play over the PA! Flair and the no name in the ring look up in confusion, as Austin comes out onto the stage, flips off Ric Flair, and then heads over to the announce table and takes a seat.
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Well hello Steve. What brings you out here?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: (points at Flair) That little meele mouth bastard in the ring is what brings me out here.....
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Uh, I assume your talking about Ric Flair?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well do you see any other meele mouth bastards out here?
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Well no, I guess not.....
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well all right then, case solved.
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: So tell us Stone Cold, are you hoping to scout Flair tonight?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Yeah I guess you could say that.....
Back in the ring, Flair is hanging over top of the ropes, yelling at Austin..... Just then, the bell rings, and Flair's match gets under way. The no name hits Flair from behind and gets an early advantage.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Look at that S.O.B., he's getting his ass handed to him by a nobody.... Now just imagine, what ol' Stone Cold is going to do to him this Saturday.....
Just then, Flair starts fighting back, and takes back the upper hand.....
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Well it isn't over yet.... Here comes Flair right back with a few rights and lefts.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Yeah, Flair knows how to throw those closed fists....
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: So Austin, does anything about Flair's wrestling style have you worried about your match on Slammin'?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: What?!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: I said....
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: What?!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Oh never mind.....
"The King" Jerry Lawler: I think what JR is trying to say is, do you think Flair has a chance at defeating you this Saturday?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Do you?
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Well, he is a 16 time World Champion..... And he did beat you at URII.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: No King, Ric Flair didn't beat me at URII, Evolution beat me at URII. As I recall, I had Flair right where I wanted him before Batista showed up to save the day. But this time, it won't work out that way, you see.....this time, ol' Stone Cold gets the last laugh. See, I said it right after URII, I was going to pay Evolution back. And well, this Saturday I get to whip one of the members, Ric Flair...... And come Fall Of The Empire, I'll whoop their leader Triple H, and take away Evolution's Undisputed Title, it's that simple!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Well I can't speak for King, but I hope you do exactly what you just said you're going to do Austin. It's about time somebody choped Evolution down to size.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Your damn right, and im the one that's going to do it!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: You know Stone Cold, about a week ago you mentioned a new Austin era...... Was last week the begining of it?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well what'd you think? I kicked Tazz's ass like I never kicked anybody's ass before...... So of course last week was the start of the new Austin era. And just like before, I am now on a roller coaster ride straight to the top. Meaning, im gunning for Triple H's Title, and im gonna get it one way or the other!
Back in the ring, Flair is really doing a number on his opponent.....
"The King" Jerry Lawler: Well, Ric Flair is really dominating here.... He looks to be in top condition.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well he better be in top condition if he's gonna get into the ring with me this Saturday..... (Austin pauses for a second, then speaks again) Hey JR, just out of curiosity....how old is Ric Flair anyway?
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: I don't know his exact age, why?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well because, before I came out here I ran into a couple of guys from a nursing home who said they were looking for a run away old man, with white hair who continuesly WOOOed every where he went.....
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: (laughs) You mean like Ric Flair? (Austin nods his head) Well I don't know if Flair is the man they're looking for, but he sure matches the description.....
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Yeah, he sure does..... Maybe I should go tell those guys I think I found the man they're looking for? Yeah, I think i'll go do that..... See you boys later.
Austin gets up from the announce table and walks backstage.....
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Well folks, it seems that Austin has left to go find those people who work at the nursing home he was talking about.... Which just leaves me and King here at the announce table.
"The King" Jerry Lawler: That's right JR. But enough about Austin, look what's happening in the ring! Flair is about to finish this guy off!
Back in the ring, Flair is locking in the Figure Four Leg Lock! .....Flair finally does lock it in, and when he does his opponent begins to scream in pain. After about 10 seconds, the man can't stand it any longer and he taps out to the Figure Four!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: Well King, it looks like Flair is our winner here tonight.
"The King" Jerry Lawler: He sure is, and he could be our winner this Saturday if he can lock that move in on Austin!
Just then, Flair's music, which started playing when he won, cuts off, and Austin comes out onto the stage, with a microphone in hand.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Hey Ric.... I was just backstage, and well...... I kinda ran into a few of your buddies, yeah.... It seems that your supposed to be locked up in a nursing home right now. And well, some people are here to take you back there..... Come on out guys.....
Austin waves his hand, and when he does 6 guys wearing what look like hospital clothes come walking out..... The 6 men walk past Austin and climb into the ring, they circle Ric Flair......
"The King" Jerry Lawler: OH MY GOD JR! Those men are going to try and take Ric Flair to a nursing home!
"Good Ol' JR" Jim Ross: That's what it looks like....
Flair is enraged in the ring, and he puts his fists up, ready for a fight.... The first man tries to take down Flair, but he's knocked down with a hard right.... After that, a second man tries, but he suffers the same fate. After that, the 6 men decide to go after Flair all at once! They do, and they bring Flair down!
Back on the stage, Austin is consumed with laughter over the situation!
But back in the ring, it's no laughing matter for Ric Flair! The 6 men lift Flair up, and start to hall him out of the ring..... But suddenly, Evolution's music hits, and Randy Orton, Batista, and Triple H run down to the ring!
The 3 members of Evolution free their fourth member, and then all 4 of them proceed to demolish the nursing home workers! After all 6 of the nursing home workers have been destroyed, Evolution throws them out of the ring.....
Mean while, as Evolution's music hits and Flair screams at Austin in anger, Stone Cold gives Evolution some appaluse, before heading back to the back at the scene fades to darkness....!
Scene #1: Coach Interviews Austin!
Purpose: To Hype Slammin'!
The scene opens up, and we see The Coach running up to Austin....
The Coach: Austin, Austin....hold on a sec! (Coach catches up with Austin) Could I get a word with you?
Austin stops and turns to Coach.... Coach takes this as a yes and continues.
The Coach: Just a while ago, you out smarted Ric Flair by sending a group os so called nursing home workers to try and cart Flair away.... Aren't you worried about how Evolution might retaliate?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: No not really. Flair is nothing but a coward. Just like the rest of Evolution. None of them have me worried. The fact of the matter is, what you just saw out there....that was just the begining, this thing between me and Evolution has just started, it's no where near over.
The Coach: Okay, well speaking of Flair and Evolution, this Saturday your set to take on Ric Flair one on one. How do you feel about that?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well I feel pretty damn good. (crowd chimes in, What?!) This Saturday on Slammin' (What?!) I get to take on Ric Flair (What?!) one on one (What?!) mono eh mono (What?!) face to face (What?!) man to man (What?!) a Ultimate Revolutioin 2 rematch (What?!) Stone Cold Steve Austin (What?!) Ric Flair (What?!) tangling it up one more time! (What?!) in the middle of the ring (What?!) no jokes (What?!) no games (What?!) just a straight up fist fight (What?!) .......how do I feel? (What?!) I feel great (What?!) I feel estatic (What?!) I FEEL LIKE WHOOPIN' SOME ASS!!!! (What?! then Cheers!) Basicly, im feeling pretty darn good about getting the opporotunity to get some payback on Ric Flair..... I mean sure, he's a 16 time World Champion, he pinned me at URII..... But this isn't gonna be URII, this is gonna be Slammin'! And on Slammin', im gonna make Ric Flair wish he'd never signed a contract to work here in the EWE. The fact is, Ric Flair got lucky once, but he won't get lucky again.....and this Saturday, Flair's luck runs out!
The Coach: Well what about the rest of Evolution? Do you think one of the other members of Evolution might get involved and cost you the match?
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: It's possible one of the other members of Evolution might get involved, but they won't cost me the match. I'm going out there to win this Saturday. And the bottom line is, I will win. And there isn't a thing anybody can do about it..... If Batista, Orton, or Triple H want to get involved in my match this Saturday, well then I'll just give them a Stunner, the same as im gonna give Ric Flair and that'll be the end of it.
The Coach: All right, well what abou....
Just then Josh Mathews shows up with a urgent message for Stone Cold....
Josh Mathews: Excuse me, Austin..... Triple H is out in the ring right now, and he's calling you out.
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Triple H is asking for me out in the ring?
Josh Mathews: Yes sir...
"The Alcohol Fueled" Stone Cold Steve Austin: Well I gota see this..... We'll finish this later Coach.
Austin walks off towards the ring, as the scene fades to black...!
