BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP DIET


THIS DIET WORKS, I TRIED IT AND LOST 14 POUNDS IN 7 DAYS. IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN.
6 Large green onions.
2 Large bell peppers.
1 or 2- 28oz cans tomatoes.
1 large cabbage.
1 bunch celery.
2 packages Lipton onion soup.
Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsly, garlic, and boullion or hot sauce or hot peppers if desired.
Cut vegetables in to small or medium pieces. Place in a medium to large stock pot or any other pot you might have around the house. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Cut to simmer and continue cooking until tender. Cooking over night or for several hours in a large crock pot will also work. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you are going to be away from home during the day.
IF EATEN ALONE FOR INDEFINATE PERIODS, YOU WILL SUFFER MALNUTRITION!

DAY ONE All fruits {except bananas} Cantalope and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only the the soup and fruits on this day. You may drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.

DAY TWO All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. At anytime on this day reward yourself with a baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruit.

DAY THREE Eat all the soups, fruits and veggies you want. Do not have baked potato. If you have eaten for three days as above, and not cheated, you will find you have lost 5 to 7 pounds.

DAY FOUR Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as three bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.

DAY FIVE Beef and tomatoes. You can have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes. Try to drink as many as 6-8 glasses of water to wash away the acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY SIX Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content off the beef and vegetables on this day. You can even have 2 or three steaks with green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

DAY SEVEN Brown rice, unsweetened juice and vegatables. Again stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once today.

The end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on this diet you will have lost 10-17 pounds. If you have lost more than 15 pounds stay off the diet for 2 days before resuming the diet again for day one.

This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact if correctly followed, it will clean your system and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After seven days of this progress, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you want and feel the difference.

This diet is fast fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will rid your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of fat buildup in your system. Go off the diet for at least 24 hours before the consumption of any alcohol.

Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will effect everyone differently. After day three you should have more energy than when you began If you did not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you find your bowel movements have changed--eat a cup of bran of fiber. Although you can have back coffee with this diet, you may find out you don't need the caffeine.

The Basic Fat Burning Soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you want. Remember the more you eat the more you lose. No fried stuff or bread. You can eat broiled chicken instead of red meat (absolutely no skin on the chicken). Or if you prefer you can substitute broiled fish for the beef only on one of the days. You need high protein in the beef on the other days.

DEFINATE NO-NO'S Bread, alcohol, no carbonated drinks including diet drinks. Stick with water, unsweetend tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juice, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.

Prescribed medications will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as you like and feel the difference both mentally and physically.
