Like the change of color in the line? I did that too! Frames get pretty tricky, so I figured I'd just show you someone else's page, telling people how to make frames. You'll understand what they are (If you don't already understand) as soon as the page loads. Don't worry, they don't get to big and bandwidth hogging or anything.
