Rules

General
1) NO powerplaying, or 'god playing.' Also, make sure your character is not in two places at once. I find that quite annoying. The exception is for leaders and betas, whom most likely have alot of horses to attend to.
2) Make your posts at least four sentences long. AND USE CORRECT GRAMMAR!!! I know people new to roleplaying are bound to be here, but they need to at least make an effort.
3) Swearing? Only mild, please. If I catch you cursing word after word it will be a warning, and the second time I catch you you'll be banned. This goes for both in character and out of character.
4) Keep all characters you create active and original. And if you are going to go away on vacation or something, make sure you post how long you'll be gone in the OOC board.
5) If you have a fight with someone OOC, please don't clutter up my boards with it. I don't want to see it. But if I do, the posts will be deleted and you will be warned to take your conversation into email or somewhere else. If you refuse, you will pay the consequences.
6) If you want me to update something in your territory or have a question or comment, post it in the OOC board. Also feel free to advertise.
7) This site is strictly for horse lovers ONLY.
8) By the way--remember not to trespass into territories! You are only allowed into homes where you are invited. Horses who trespass will get a warning from me, and if they do it again the lead has the privilege of banishing them from their territory.
9) Also--Evils are not allowed here. Only Good horses.

Stallions
1) Only stallions are allowed to claim territories.
2) You may either claim a mare or invite her into your territory. To do so, go to the Joining Board and reply to her. You're only allowed a cetain limit on your inviting. If I see you hogging all the mares, you will be told to stop.
3) You may invite other stallions into your territory only if you wish. Normally in the wild stallions do not live together in a herd with mares, unless they are bonded as brothers or something.
4) Stallions who do not live anywhere or own a territory may hang around the Meadow, where they may be invited by a lead stallion. Also, don't worry if you don't have a territory--you are still allowed to have a mate and foal, though not more than one mate at a time.
5) Lead stallions are allowed to have more than one mate and foal at a time.
6) For leads to challenge for something, just post in the place where that thing is and fight realisticly with your opponent. Whoever wins (I will choose) gets that thing as a prize. If it is a mare, she may choose who to go with, or a stallion may force her to come with him. If it is a territory a stallion wins, he may start the herd over or keep the same horses in his territory--it's his choice.

Mares
1) Mares are NOT allowed to claim territories.
2) Mares are NOT allowed to challenge for anything.
3) If you are not claimed or invited anywhere at first, you may go to the Meadow to just hang out, or wait for a lead to find you.
4) You do not have to go with any stallion you don't want to, unless he claims you. Even then, though, you can put up a fight.
5) You cannot have more than one foal at once, unless they are twins.

Foals
1) Foals may be played by one of the parents, or they may be played by someone else. To find a player to play your foal, you can post in the OOC board.
2) The foal may age however fast he or she wants.
3) The stats of the foal will be chosen by the breeder, or the parents may choose the stats.
4) Foals are considered adults at age four.
5) You are not allowed to join as a foal.

Breeding
1) No long breeding PERIOD. If I catch you 'doing it', you will be banned. No second chances.
2) Once the breeder has given you the foal's stats or once you have chosen its stats, wait at least three days before the foal is born.
3) The breeding board is NOT for finding mates. Your horse will know when they are in love, and it could happen anywhere. ^_^
