They are a little different in one aspect though... There is an unusual number of people that are attracted to the same sex. Other than that, its your regular church with a preacher, choir, church dinners, prayer requests, and the works. The thing that I hear from most visitors is "I felt the spirit of God strong in there." (Gay, Bisexual, Lesbian, Straight Alliance) Another church in Dallas where you can be accepted for who you are: The Cathedral Of Hope is probably the biggest gay church. It is in Dallas. I have not visited yet. I have heard a little about it. I have heard that it is formal. I like that they reach out.. but I really would like to find a non segregated church. www.cathedralofhope.com *Update. I visited multiple times. A friend of mine played in the orchestra for a while. He then went back to just playing in the 6:16 band. I have seen some good performances at the Cathedral. This is a neat little site put up by several people in the education field. It is a Christian Online Gay Magazine. Also, The Church (catholic church) says that those attracted to the same “are called to friendship with God and to holiness of life . . . and they have distinctive heavy burdens to bear. If, as many homosexuals do, they carry their burdens with generous and chaste fidelity, they support and strengthen all Christians. They become witnesses to the nobility of making great personal sacrifice to guard the great human goods sexuality is ordered to.”30 I find most content on this site disgusting...
