I, the McNerf, have arrived at a revolutionary conclusion. Science did not aid me in this obvious revelation, rather my common sense.
Go outside. Look about in all directions. Do you see a curvature? I will wait why you go and see.
What? What did you say? No curvature have you noticed? Ah ha. Thus is my first reasoning as to why the world cannot be round. Science would say, "Well, it is because the Earth is so large, a curvature can not be detected from where you stand without high tech science gadgets." What do I say to this? Nothing, I have chosen to ignore it because it works against my theory.
It makes no sense for the world to be round. Think about it logically, and you will see this to be true.
The people of old were of course much closer to the truth. Their ideas were flawed of couse. They believed the entire world to be of a flat nature. Just one large floating rectangle, I suppose. They believed that you could fall off the world if you sailed to far. Where to, I can not imagine. Anyhow, obviously this is not so because we have flown and sailed around the world, and nobody has actually fallen off.
The only conclusion remaining is for the world to be cubical in nature. It is the only thing that makes sense. You would obviously not notice the changery of sides as you switch from one to the other.
The reason the world appears round from space is because of the atmosphere comining with starlight and the circular nature of eyeballs and cameras to create the illusion of a globe.
Discuss my revolutionary theory.

You fail to take into account the fact that we create our own reality. It is a scientific fact and has been well-observed that quarks react in ways that the observer expects it to behave. Everyone looking at quarks sees what they expect the behavior of quarks to be. Once notes are compared the quarks begin to act like a combination of the observers. Therefore, the collective conciousness of mankind creates its own reality.
Therefore, the world is oval. Long before the bereaved Europeans thought the world was flat, there were people who believed the world round. At that time, the world was round. Then they believed that the world was flat. But because the world had previously been created round, it became oval - round and flat combined together.
Now if this revolutionary new idea of your catches on the world will change again. The world will be a combination of flat, round, and square beringing it to the perfect shape - an unnamed one.
Let's revolutionize the world!!!

McNerf, actually the world is flat. Or nature would have a believe that it is cube shaped, as you ahve siad, but it is not.
We see want we wnat to. The people who have flown aorund the wrold have merely died and we only think they are alive. They actually fel off a long time ago.

Actually, the world isn't just any cube, it's a Rubik's cube. You see, this would explain why people haven't fallen off the Earth...yet. In order for one to go to another place, the world shifts like a Rubik's cube. We don't move...the earth moves for us!!! Question is...who is trying to solve the Rubik's cube??????
