Sea Bots in my opinion is one of the worst TV shows ever made. I cant believe GAN is even airing it.
The idea of combining live action and animation is always odd, but Sea Bots does such a bad job of it!
If you dont know, the basic premise of Sea Bots is that in the year 2030 there are alot of underwater cities due to overpopulation. Then there are aliens who come down and decied to live in the sea, and make war with the humans. Also, in this show, marine life has the gift of intelligence, and the abiliity to speak English. So Sea Bots follows this crew around who fight the aliens, who are called the Amazango's. When they fight they get into these underwater combat robot suits, which is why they are called Sea Bots.
Anyway, whats strange is that all the marine life and aliens are animated, while human characters and all the sets are live action and real things. It is SO weird. General Oran OboJ Five, the stategical genius, is an animated talking shark, and he uses a british accent. I just cant take it when in a scene that is supposed to be dramatic and serious, there is this talking, animated Shark with a british accent talking about a daring battle plan to the rest of the crew. Its just.....weird! Its bizzare.

I'd have to agree on this one. Flat plotlines, stupid characters, and the fights are so... forced.

personally, i love the show, my favorite character is jods19, even though he only was on the show for 1 episode. that stupid jods20 gets the credit for all his ideas!

What?! Sea Bots is brilliant TV. It's everything OA isn't. Great acting, great writing, and amazing (heh) set pieces. I can't believe you like the steaming pile that is OA and not this masterpiece.

I completely disagree. I will never forget the first time I saw it. I was somewhat confused, and I laughed before I caught on. But, I've come to realize that it really is an awesome show.

Yes. Sea Bots is very, very bad (animation & live action DON'T mix well).
I mean, the show has no plot, the effects are cheesy, the animation looks really crappy, and OboJ has the suckiest accent I have ever heard. I always thought that GAN could do better than that (I mean, at least have made it more on par with Orion Alliance).

And, the craziest things happen. Like in that episode they went to Atlantis. When they discover it. It's so lame. There is a big sign, made of stone of course, that says "Atlantis" in english letters, and then Dajo (an animated salmon, a fighting member of Sea Bots of course), says "Hey guys, I think this is........ATLANTIS!" Its so cheesy.

Oh, I agree whole-heartedly. Animals should never be portrayed as super-intelligent. It's much more realistic when they are 40 foot tall, slow-talking, comedy relief.

GAN is the best television network in existence, with such hits as Orion Alliance, Dim Future, and Asteroid Colony Z, just to name a few. So why would they put this garbage on!? It makes no sense to me, no sir, none at all. Sea Bots is by the far the worst show on all of the TV. Last night they fought with the villanous, and animated, "Squid Squad." What!? Its dumber than a box of aluminum.
