*sigh* The sharks are just a distraction, remember? The poachers will not be able to resist their urge to kill rare animals, and while they hopelessly shoot at the holograms, the security forces, hidden above like the hawk, shall tear them to pieces in an attack of surprise.

But.. with their l33t hunting sense; they will know that their bullets\lasers\whatever they use to fire, it will be passing through the sharks. We need an animatronic shark to drag at least one underwater-- say, 1 in every 10 sharks is animatronic?
That way they will keep at it.

I refuse to join this disgusting mission. You want to propose sending Robot Warrior Primates to save Primates from Poachers. What about the wild pigs? The RObot Warrior Primates must run off something, and gas hurts our environment, which in turn hurts the primates, so you cannot support that.

I thought there was a difference between gorilla poachers and shark poachers. There are actually quite a few species of poachers. I don't think this idea with the moat will work, unless when the gorilla poachers show up, they see the shark holograms, and thinking that they are real sharks, they call up their shark poaching buddies on cellphones. While they are on the cellphones, the snipers could take them out. Assuming the gorilla poachers have cellphones, that is. And that's a pretty big "that is".
No, I still think it's better to clone chimps on Jupiter.

Bommar, while cloned chimpanzee's on Jupiter clearly have benefits in several areas, battling poachers is not one of them. Can a cloned chimpanzee withstand the onslaught of forty two bullets any more than a regular chimpanzee? I think not. They are to weak!

this could be solved a whole lot better with a small modification to the plan...
it's kind of like the roach poison commercial they have. there are two ways to kill the roaches. you can have them eat the poison and die instantly, or you can have them get the poison, take it home, share it with their friends, and then they all die together. that way you don't have a bunch of dead roaches all over your home... they're just dead in their colony.
do you get where i'm going with this? no?
can you imagine the problems we'd have if there were numerous dead poachers all over the jungle? they'd stink up the area, their deocomposing bodies would pollute the rivers, and it would all just be a huge mess. therefore i suggest:
we train these robatic warrior primates not to kill, just to seriously wound. they have to stay healthy enough to go back and warn their friends. that way the poaches will stop, and there will be no more needless deaths. of primates, or poachers.

Actually, that pic got me to thinking, if the robotic primates had jetpacks, I think this whole thing could work. The only problem is, that the robotic apes with jetpacks would work too well, and then poachers would be an endangered species, so we'd have to make robotic poachers with jetpacks to fight the robotic primates with jetpacks that fought the human poachers that hunted the primates.
So now the question is, how do you stop the robotic poachers with jetpacks?!
