Who else is a fan of this hit show on GAN? In my opinion Orion Alliance is the best sci fi show on TV, except for X-Files of course, but I mean the starship future deep space like kind of shows.
If you dont know about Orion Alliance, the basic premise is that in the year 4032 humans have interstellar flight and are at war with the N'rogara powers, and sometimes the mysterious Bubgolds, who switch sides often. The war is extremely detailed in nature. There is a ton of background info on this stuff, and its all explored in the show. Very realistic.
The show also has of course awesome fights. The CGI ships and mechs are very realistic looking. Im a fan of the mech fights myself. The mech battle in the season finale on last season was INCREDIBLE!!! There was like what, 20,000 mechs on the surface of Emit Jolly? Best special effects on a TV show EVER, no question about that.
Who is your favorite character? Commander Mango is mine. He rules! The leader of the Bubgolds is very creepy. His faces look almost like rats faces, but without the hair! Plus the camera angles and lighting in the Den make him even creepier.
Wasnt it cool in last weeks episode at the Battle of Chelios when the Dermonks were throwing those living weapon creatures at the humans? Those little ball shaped fish with teeth. Strange.
This is the place to discuss Orion Alliance!!!! Woooooo, next weeks episode is going to rock! Last weeks was cool. But hey, theres going to be a mech battle next week and I am hearing that.....

OMG I LOVE THAT SHOW!!  Commander Mango is my favorite as well
EDIT: on second thought, Commodore Russ is much hotter than mango.

OA is a really great show, but i don't get it now that i'm in australia.
my favorite two characters are capitan mango, and the little monkey named elly.
what's happened since march? i'm going throught orion withdrawl!

The Battle of Chelios was SO COOL. The Dermonks and the Bubgolds teamed up to defeat the humans... it's just indescribable, absolutely great.
and they use Gond Asliv Guns like you've never seen...

i know aragon's a big fan also. our favorite episode is when Capitan Mango had to fly over the alpha point platform to stop the evil roge mech from destroying the warp tech.
it didn't have much of elly in it, but it was still an awesome one!

i think one of the best technical aspects is that it's in widescreen. not enough shows today take advantage of that.

did the Bubgold rebellion ever happen? the last one i saw was when it looked like the Den had been overthrown, but ended on a cliffhanger where you weren't quite sure...

Yeah, the humans did raid the Den and take control, but the Bubgolds didn't do anything drastic till the battle of Chelios, they were doing some underground plotting though...

I'm gonna have to disagree with all of you. Orion Alliance is a pretty terrible show. The plots are contrived and the characters are all general stereotypes. I mean, the Battle of Chelios was so cliched. The same things have been done on countless other shows.
And I can't stand Russ and Mango. Russ as the typical gung ho pilot and Mango just annoys me to no end.
The only redeeming quality of the show is the costumes and sets. The N'rogara and the Bubgolds always look amazing (heh). But that's not nearly enough to make this show watchable.
Amazing.
