It is the so. I think this for many reasons.
Here is the reason that comes first, meaning before the other reasons. Twice in the last two years have I won contests. Last year it was the so that I placed first in a writing contest, and this year I was victorious in a photography contest in the special effect cateogory. This photo contest was many moons ago, but I just found out about it today.
Now, almost everday the Principal, whom I shall call Emperor Phil, comes on the announcements and gives congratulations to people for winnining things. Mostly the athletes, of course, but music folk and folk who win other contests as well. Last year, my victory was not announced, yet other victories in the SAME contest were! This year, my name was not announced either, yet other victories in the SAME contest were!
This makes me suspicious to an absurd degree, and it is what led me to believe that Emperor Phil was out to get me. For you see, last year I sent an email to my school district in which I complained of the fact that gym was required for a 3rd year! Yes, THREE years. Im not making it up. So Emperor Phil calls me down to the office and starts a yelling at me for exercising my right to free speech! Indeed, I was yet polite, despite the obvious fact that he was in the wrong. This is why I believe the administration is out to get me.
There is other evidence. Today I passed Emperor Phil in the hallway, and he did not say Hello to me! Also, they once attempted to charge me extra for my lunch, but that scheme failed. Also, there is other evidence which does not yet exist, but I am sure to find it.
Isnt this the craziest thing? Can you believe it!?  Has your school administration ever engaged in a conspiracy to destroy you? Tell me about it.

Mr.Thompson,the name of a mad man.He has been out to get me,everyday if something goes wrong in class and he's not there he will comin the class and start yelling at me,also he tries to find reasons to kick me out every day and then he has the nerves to tell me I have an F,well if I was in class long enough to do my work maybe I could have a better grade,also he was telling everyone their grades and he says aloud Jesse you have a 32% thats the lowest grade in the class.

Listen Nerf, my school administration censors the school newspaper. They also cancelled Halloween and punished those who wore costumes... my colleague and I, however, escaped retribution and flaunted our costumes openly at the end of the day, walking straight past the Assistant Principal in our Jedi/Sith robes. He couldn't do anything about it since school was over.
In addition, they are now attempting to restrict our movements during lunch and nutrition to only certain parts of the campus, for no good reason. At the same time, the Journalism staff is having to ask our advisor for permission every time we leave the room now, as part of a scheme to reduce the number of students out of class.
In the past, they have attempted to prevent us from hanging out in the AP History teacher's room, despite the fact that he allows people to do so, by having fascist hall monitors on patrol- fascist hall monitors who don't seem to understand about this teacher. Yesterday somebody who wasn't even a hall monitor or anything asked me for my pass on the stairs, so I showed her my presspass. She should know better- everyone else seems to know that I move around the school like a God.

It's definitely a conspiracy when the administrators have your friends reporting on you...and the proof of this comes when one of the said administrators can quote almost verbatim a conversation you had with one of your so-called friends.

seem so trivial. Try to
ride it out and not be too upset
about it. Don't give them anything
to work with by adding fuel to the fire. Kill them with kindness.
By the way, don't put too much energy
or anger into your defiance and unhappiness with these idiots at your school. Store it away for use in the future when you can rage at the adult world! (corporate America, the Federal government, the neighborhood association, etc.)

My school is slowly becoming totalitarian society, but they're doing it gradually so no one will notice.
Well, actually the school just makes pointless rules and forces us to follow them without asking questions.
This all started when the district got a new superintedntent.  First, block scheduling. 80mins of class. Then they took it away.
Then they took away our right to go to the bathroom during lunches. Yes, they lock the bathroom doors 7 periods a day and if ya gotta go... we must disturb a class and ask the teacher to open it. I don't think this helps my education at all. Having some kid walk into my Global Class doing the pee-pee dance and interrupting class doesn't make me get better grades.
My school has a few snack/ pop machines in it, which are on during the day, but not during lunches. Instead, they're open during class-time when we're not allowed to eat anyway. Who came up w/ that?!?!
This just started, all students who recieve a school lunch must have they're school ID card. I do not see any point in this, except that if you don't have you're ID, you are to starve. I could understand if kids w/ free or reduced lunch had to have ID, but why everyone! Is this rule to stop kids from other school districts from buying lunches?
Do they want to starve us??? WE can't even go to the sback-machines cuz they're not open during lunch. Grrrr.
All schools don't want the students to know anything. It's like a government or something. We can't know why things happen or what's going on. We have a right to know!
As for you McNerf-Burger, your school is plotting against you, but you can't let them know you know.....or you will be.............eliminated .
Is your name hard to pronounce or something? Sometimes my school won't say kids names over the load-speaker because they can't pronounce them. They don't want us to think there is a flaw in the all-mighty-powerful-school-system.

I'm sorry to say this, but this is one of the funniest threads I've ever seen.
OK, kids, keep in mind, there is in effect,
a "stop date" on how long that school will have control over you. You'll graduate eventually. And it only has control over you for a PORTION of your time even when you're enrolled there. Nights, weekends, holidays and vacations are under YOUR CONTROL.
Try to take a little wider perspective.
If you think school is rough in America,
stop and think what high school was like for Taliban teens!
And McNerf, I'm not sure not reading your name on a loudspeaker or not speaking to you in the hall qualifies as "destroying" you.
It may be upsetting or irritating but I don't think it will DESTROY you. Don't you think you're over-dramatizing this just a bit?
