We all know that the US is always looking for opportunities to expand our territories, and Canada is out of the question. True, we would have no problem obtaining the land, but do we really want their sloppy leftovers? Canadian land, my friends, is not the premiere choice. The US, in the great footsteps of McCarthy, is also always looking to derail the communist movement in it's tracks, and now we have the chance to achieve both of these great goals in one fell swoop.
If we, the United States of America, declare war on Russia and China, not only can we defeat them and claim prime lands in the Asian tundra, we may also stop the Communist spies that are infiltrating the jolly good fun being had in this free country.
How? You ask. The answer is restrooms. We can successfully convince the hygiene obsessed peoples of Northern and Eastern Asia that public restrooms are unclean, a rape of the public peace, and kind of wierd. This will lead to chronic medical problems, constipation, urinary tract infections, chronic jumping up and down with crossed legs, which will slowly kill off the more prominent and warworthy people. Then we will find ourselves at a major advantage in which we can easily occupy and destroy these governments and claim the lands as our own.
Opinions?
(Does this belong in the senate?)

Your logic is sound, but before we take any drastic action, we should really investigate the public bathroom situation in said countries. For, if it is not as viable an option as you believe, our war would be a most difficult one indeed.

I hope this is a joke.
Canadian land is out of the question, but not because you don't want to clean up our mess. Our land is managed just fine, I'll have you know.
No, the real reason why America cannot attack Canada is world opinion. You'd have all of the UN and NATO on your butts before you even reached Toronto. Almost the entire world would turn against you, and all those countries that already don't like America would see the American invasion of a peaceful, democratic country as a perfect opportunity to act against America.
In short, it would be WW3.

While your strategy is basically sound, it is foolish to assume that China and Russia will voluntarilly remove their public restrooms. We would most likely have to ask them more than once. Other than this, your plan is indeed good.

As long as public bathrooms exist there Amazing (EDIT: and Nerf) it can be safely argued that engaging in the act of listening to other people defecate and urinate can not be healthy, mentally or otherwise.

Seriously, I'm sure that's true. However, the U.S. doesn't want any new land right now. As it happens, we're currently trying to get rid of the little empire we picked up around the early- to mid-twentieth century, and any countries we have now will not go away because they get all the perks of being part of America, like economic strength, lots of tourism, etc. etc. etc., and none of the stinky things about being part of America, like having to provide armies or whatever. Every few years there is a new election in Puerto Rico on whether they should be independent from the U.S. or not, and the people there always vote against it.
