Being of Druid decent makes it hard for one to complete a quest of vengence. Gabriels family lived in the back woods of Ragenoth. They believed in the Druid traditions and way of life. One night while Gabriel was off learning about the legend of Gaia, he heard the screams of his family being slaughtered. He made his way back to the encampment, sticking in the shadows. He watched in horror as the Black Riders killed the few who remained fighting. Standing in the shadows watching the maheim, he vowed then and there that he would hunt down these Black Riders and he would not rest peacefully untill they were all slaughtered.
His quest started the next eve, when he was able to collect his belonmgings and what weapons he did have. He burried who he could and set out east. He carried the ring of his family and the amulet of his Goddess. He wears them both but keeps them hidden.
