 | --anime appearances-- - Setsuna's first appearance is in Sailor Moon R, when the Inners stumble upon the Time Gate and she almost kills Sailor Moon because she doesn't recognize her as Neo-Queen Serenity. The Inners had no idea Pluto existed, and tried to persuade her to join them. However Setsuna replied that she couldn't because her mission was to guard the Time Gate for eternity. - She also appears in Sailor Moon R as the voice inside the Luna-P Ball that Chibi-Usa carries. Through it she guides and comforts her 'Small Lady'. - She next appears in SMS. This time she stays the whole season! Yey! She is on Earth for the first time in human form as Meiou Setsuna. She is there because she and the other Outer Senshi failed in keeping enemies from entering the galaxy, and so must fight them on Earth. (The enemies are the Death Busters, Pharoh 90, and Mistress 9). However in one of the last episodes the helicopter which she, Neptune, and Uranus were on was surrounded by monsters. The helicopter explodes, and Pluto stops time. This lets Uranus and Neptune land safely. But it is taboo for her to use this attack, and she is therefore banished to the Time Gate (even though you think she has died). - She returns to Earth in SMSS to fight Galaxia, along with the other Outer Senshi. However in the final battle Uranus and Neptune are turned evil. They break her Time Staff and kill her, and then Sailor Saturn as well. The last we see of her is in the ending scene, in a circle with the other senshi, floating in the sky as angels. ** In the anime Setsuna wears the same thing all the time. -_- A lavender suit. It changes some from season to season, but is always a suit. Her hair is highlighted with bright green strips, as opposed to the softer color in the manga. ** the archives | flaming eternity | | |
