A LOOK AT A WEBSITE
This message is concerning "The Code of Chivalry". I recently paid a visit to a site of a person who shall remain unnamed.

2.Never attack from behind.
3.Administer justice.
4.Crush the monsters that steal our land and rob our people.
5.Avenge the wronged.
2."Never attack from behind". When Jesus was captured by the soldiers, Peter drew his sword, and cut off one of the servant of the High Priests' ear. "John 18:10 Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest’s servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus. 11 Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?". Peter thought he was doing good by protecting his Lord. However, it was Jesus' time to suffer, and dye for the world. There is a time to fight, and a time not to fight. However, we must always be in obedience to our Father. We must learn to rely on him, and ask for HIS guidance in all things.
3."Administer justice". There were times when Peter, and some of the other apostles spoke death into people according to the word of God, because of the evil deeds of those people, and God killed them. God is willing to be as forgiving as possible, but when the time comes to choose life, or death, then that is it. However, there is another side to the coin. If we administer justice on our own, and not through the will of God, then we step outside HIS will, and will be accountable for it. In the word of God, Saul was commanded to wait for seven days, and Samuel would come, and tell him what he must do. However, Saul couldn't wait for the seven days, and decided to go ahead, and make a sacrifice. God was displeased with Saul for this, but gave him another chance. Well, one day, God gave Samuel a command for Saul. To attack the Amalacytes, and to destroy everything, and everyone in the city, the animals included. Nothing was to remain standing, or living. Well, Saul, and his army attacked the Amalacytes. However, Saul decided to let some of the animals be used for food, and let the king of the Amalacytes live. He disobeyed God. Samuel told Saul that that day, God will give his kingdom to someone else. In the eyes of God, Saul was no longer king of Israel, and gave the kingdom of Israel to a young shepherd boy, named David, who grew into one of the mightiest kings Israel ever had. Some years later, Saul, yet again, went outside of Gods will, and had a witch call on Samuel from the dead to try, and get into Gods favor, again. Samuel told Saul that him, and his sons would be killed in a fight with the Philistines the next day. The very next day, Saul, his sons, and his entire army were ambushed, and killed by the Philistines. We must always remember to ask the Lord to lead us, and guide us into his will, and not our own will. Otherwise, we will fall.
4."Crush the monsters that steal our land and rob our people". Jesus commanded us that if our coat was stolen, to give the thief our cloak, as well. The word also tells us to give all we have, and come, and follow him. Why is that? The reason is simple. So we willnot have any ties to this world that will keep us from following him. Today, we live in homes, and have expensive cars, and suits, and all. God does wants to bless us, but he first wants us to follow, and obey him. Believe it, or not, today we have things that we worship everyday. The TV, the computer, our cars, our homes, and yes, even our jobs. We spend more than 99% of our day devoted to ourselves, and what we own, while hardly ever even giving God 1% of our time, and devotion. Here is what the word says... "Mt 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.". Is that just a statement? No. It is a commandment. If we follow him, we need to leave everything behind, EVERYTHING. Jesus said for us not to fret over tomorrow. For God even feeds the birds, and how much more are we than birds? We are made in HIS image, are we not?
5."Avenge the wronged". The word of God tells us that vengence belongs to HIM. There are alot of people out there who do evil deeds, everyday, and God knows them all. HIS word tells us that HIS eyes wanders the world. He sees all we do, he even knows the number of hair on our heads. What we need to do, instead, is go to that person who has done someone wrong, and give him/her what we have. Then, replace whatever was stolen with one of the same, or something with even greater value. Have you ever done somebody wrong, and someone else knew about it, but gave you something as well? If so, how did that make you feel? Did it make you feel that stealing isn't worth it, anymore, and make you want to be just like that person? Today, we have millions of people in prison. Many of them for repeat offenses. Seems todays brand of justice, and vengeance just isn't working. You cannot fight hate with hate. You can only fight hate with love, and compassion.
