Looking at my career research, taking the RIASEC scores, I think I fall under conventional and enterprising. The conventional is known as people with conventional interests like work activities that follow set procedures and routines. That is people who prefer working with data and detail more that with ideas. Well that is very true about me, I like working with date. Moreover I see myself to be enterprising. Enterprising people are those whose activities have to do with starting up and carrying out project especially business ventures. This is true because I like business ventures and it has always been my dream to be a chartered accountant. Apart me being conventional and enterprising, I think I am also sociable.
The career values results, I think business is a very good ambition because I have all the quality but am not flexibility and get bored doing the same task. I also like financial Rewards, that's I like high income and luxury as the results shows. From the TRIMA Career Competency Questionnaire Results shows that am cooperative. I like working with people, I like working at a warm atmosphere, friendly and free from conflict. But am less innovation and less realistic, investigative and also less artistic.
Knowing all this, I think my next step is to work very hard towards my goal. I will go according to this feedback. This research is helping me to know my future Trent and how to go about my life.
