I believe in student centered, teacher led self-discovery and base much of my teaching on practical activities where pupils are able to investigate scientific theories in a hands-on way. This helps to eliminate misconceptions and promotes 'true learning'.
Mutual respect provides the correct atmosphere for the educational process, allows for the assimilation of knowledge and promotes self-worth.
