Review and critique:
In this book of his, Warren Smith exposes the roots and evolution of the New Age movement and its infiltration into secular society He also shows how the movement constantly redefines familiar Christian terminology such that it could appear Christian at times. In the final few chapters, Smith sounds out a warning to the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ to take note of this deception, that is also slowly creeping into the churches. Besides the apathy noted by Smith in the churches against the New Age movement, certain church leaders are even using similar 'New-Age like' phrases and terminology in their speech and writing. The weakness in this part of his book, however, is that he does not list evidences of such usage, which can be found in, for example, Rick Warren's books and materials. As an aside, this is sortof remedied as Smith has placed updates on the book's website, which does show some of the infiltration into the churches. Anyway, here are the chapters of the book:

Biography
As Smith has provided ample evidences to support his main thesis, I have given the book a scholarship and information content rating of 9. As this warning to the churches is very much needed, the Smith has shown clearly the falsehoods of the New Age deception from the truths of the Gospel, this book is similarly given a spiritual rating and overall rating of 9.
