Georgia Precision Shooting Supply -
GPSS, in Forsyth, Georgia is primarily a builder of Match rifles and CMP rifles.
I ordered all of my parts (stripped lower was purchased at a FFL Dealer) from GPSS and Tommy offered to help me, since this was my first AR-15. This is a picture of Tommy. (handsome, isn't he?)
Just a pile of tools and parts. I can't believe that this will be a finely tuned instrument of death, someday.
The upper receiver is a forged RRA, the barrel is a 16" 1 in 9 DPMS/Wilson HBAR (chrome-moly). Tommy uses an unorthodox, but very effective tool to install the barrel.
The lower receiver is a cast DPMS, purchased from DKL Firearms in Austell,GA.
Put it all together and you have an "Ugly Black Rifle" that is absolutely beautiful. Of course, the rifle doesn't look near as good as the happy new owner.
