I got sick... Thursday, my last final exam finished. When I went home, I felt little tired. Yesterday, I couldn't eat anything, and I was down. It is unusual for me to be sick. Today, I feel better, also I am happy that I got A in all classes except one.

I checked my Accounting grade. There were a letter grade, scores of each test that I had taken and attendance. Then I found a score 39/50. It didn't say anything about what the score was. I asked my classmate. As I expected she was also wondering that. Someone said that it was a beauty grade of Accounting 101,,,(?!)

I got some cups and dishes from my friends who moved out from their apartment yesterday. They gave a bunch of stuff generously to a poor (me). Luckily, they were going to throw a blanket away! Of course I got it, too. I need to be ready for moving out! I haven't found where I live yet though. I am happy if I can find a furnished room.

I knew that I have to take specific class for my certificate. The other day, my friend was told that he couldn't get practical training visa if he did not fulfill the requirements that are Math, Accounting and so on. His major is same as me. So, I have a same problem... Fortunately, I am taking some required courses right now. However, I need to take boring, worthless class which name is Math. Help me~!! I hate it! I can live without X and Y!! Are you going to kill me? Oh~No... I wish I could avoid fighting it though, I don't want to give up having working experience in America. Bless me...

May 15 Wed

Piano class final exam is next Monday, but we were allowed to take it today. Next week I have some finals, so I did. We could choose a piece of music from "Tears in heaven", "Open arm" or"Minuet in G". I played the first one. As usual, my fingers shook during my turn. I was not able to play it well, but I could get "A". Also, I already got "A" for this class. I have enjoyed the class for 4 months. Sometimes my teacher plays famous music, for example, "Disney's song", "Star Wars" that was awesome! I didn't understand what he explained about it though. He is a nice and funny teacher. He knows little Japanese, so he often asks me "Wakarimasitaka?" ("Do you understand?") I wonder what else he knows... Thanks and good bye "Piano 2"

I hadn't uploaded this diary for more than a week... I got into a fuss about lots of good and bad things. In fact, writing English makes me uneasy... Well, I have news that my friends' film is not going to be shown at OCC film festival in this month. The film "Link-s" was supposed to be ready for the festival, and they were expected to win an award. Unfortunately, it is not finished editing. They are going to copy it on video, so I may show it to my friends, though. Oh, I have to upload some information about shooting and pictures that are piled up on my desk.

I went to play pool with my friend after school. I had been learning it for 2 months before I came to USA. I am still beginner and I couldn't win most of games, but it was a pleasant time. When I am learning something with some difficulty, it makes me do it over and over again to get it. Basically, it just for fun! I hope I can go there, and play it again sometimes soon.

I enjoyed playing tennis with my Japanese tennis club members at Irvine in this afternoon. After that, we had a BBQ party!! Yeah~!! It is still cold out side, but I had a good time with them. If I had not been there by car, I could have had a drink and fun more. It is very inconvenient that in America, I have to drive to go anywhere, therefore I can't drink. In Tokyo, train run until 1:30 am, I didn't need to think how to go home. The thing is I haven't heard where a nice BBQ place by a pool is....

I am taking Chinese at Irvine Valley College. At the beginning of this semester, there were about 15 students. Most of them dropped it, and now there are only 8 classmates. It is understandable that writing Chinese character is hard for everybody, although my classmates are hanging in there. I admire their effort! Me? Japanese also use Chinese character that are exactly same or similar, or some are completely different from Chinese one, but I can learn them quickly. However, pronunciation is really hard for me like English. Also, learning new language by second language confused me sometimes.

April 25 Thu

Finisssssh! My last exam was over this afternoon. This week was hardest week in my OCC school life. I managed to prepare for 5 tests in 4 days. I was stressed out! I don't know how much I spent for studying. I've already known some of the results that are ok. My anxiety is about Accounting test. If I get "B", it is ok. Hopefully "A". The previous test was bad, so it is not easy to recover my cumulative grade though.

Next week I have five tests! I have read textbooks, but I have not understood them well. I am stressed out...I need time for studying and relaxing. I went to play tennis for refreshing.

I had studied accounting at a coffee shop for four hours before I went to a director's apartment for shooting film "Link-s". Today was the last one. We had been taking the movie every Saturday since March, so I do not know what to do from next weekend. I will be definitely bored, and miss funny guys. Anyway, it finished. Yeah~!!
