ARTICLE XI            AMENDMENTS 

Section 1.            Any amendments to, or revisions of this constitution maybe submitted by any ten (10) members of the association to the Executive Council who in turn will submit to the AdU - ACES body for approval. 

Section 2.            Any amendments to, or revisions of this constitution shall be valid when ratified by majority of vote cast in a plebiscite called for the purpose with such amendments or revisions. 

ARTICLE XII            RATIFICATION AND EFFECTIVITY 

Section 1.            The Constitution will be ratified upon a majority vote of all the members of the Association and it will take effect immediately upon the ratification.
