ARTICLE IX            MEETINGS AND DAILY LOG 

Section 1.            The Executive Council shall held regular monthly and semestral meetings.  The time, date and place shall be decided on a case to case basis. 

Section 2.            Special meetings of the Executive Council and permanent directors and directress might be called anytime by the President or by the Advisers or upon the written request of the majority of the members of the Executive Council. 

Section 3.            Special assembly of the association might be called anytime by the president, or by the advisers or upon the written request of t least one-third (1/3) of the total number of the Association. 

Section 4.            A simple majority shall constitute a quorum for all the meeting of the Association. 

Section 5.            Any member of the Executive Council who will be absent in five (5) meetings called by the Association, without any justifiable cause shall be removed from the office by the President with the approval of the Executive Council by the two-third (2/3) vote of the member. 

Section 6.             A daily log for all the officers of the Association will be implemented so as to keep intact communication among the officials of the Association whatever the circumstance maybe. 

ARTICLE X            ORGANIZATIONAL PROPERTIES

 Section 1.a.            The Organizational Properties shall constitute all tangible properties brought forth by using the organizational funds for organizational use. 

                b.            The Organization’s Organizational Fund is also considered an organization’s property.              

Section 2.            All regular associate members are given the right to borrow organizational properties when justifiable need arise, provided that they would follow proper borrowing procedures that will be set forth by the President and its Executive Council depending on the property/properties to be borrowed. 

Section 3.a.            No tangible organizational property may be brought home or outside the university premises unless deemed necessary and with proper consent from the President and/or the Executive Council. 

               b.            The Organization’s Fund will be kept in a bank and can only be used  by the Organization and for the benefit of the Organization.

Section 4.            Anyone who will cause the lost of any organizational property, particularly the Organization’s Fund will be held liable by the power vested upon the Legal Counselor as the case maybe.
