ARTICLE VIII            ADVISORY BODY

 Section 1.a.            The Advisory Body of the Association shall consist of one (1) Adviser, one (1) Legal Counselor,  Civil Engineering Department Faculty members, and immediate past president and officers of the association.

                b.            the Chairperson of the Civil Engineering Department is also the Legal Counselor of the Association unless otherwise stated.

 Section 2.            The specific duties and functions of each mentioned officers of the Advisory Body shall be defined in the following manners.

 ADVISER

 ·          Check his utmost advice, supports and cooperates in the activities and programs of the Association.

·          See to it that the performance of the whole association shall be in accordance with the general principles and purposes of the AdU - ACES.

 LEGAL COUNSELOR

 ·          Checks proposed revisions and amendments to the Articles and Sections of the AdU - ACES. Constitution and other Laws and Policies.

·          Acts as the official legal council in case the Association will be involved in cases in the Constitution.

CIVIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FACULTY MEMBERS

·          Encourage Civil Engineering Students to participate and share in the activities and programs of the association.

·          Give supplements advice for a more comprehensive implementations of the programs of the Association. 

IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT AND OFFICIALS

·          Share their experiences so as to weaknesses and maintain the effective points of administration.

·          Contribute possible advice to the Association.
