ARTICLE III            RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES

 Section 1.a.            All regular members will be given the right to elect.          

   b.            The member’s right to be elected as officers of the organization will be rightfully covered by Article VI – Executive Council.

 Section 2.            The right to have access to all documents and official records of the association shall be granted to all the members when it is deemed necessary.

 Section 3.            Every member shall have the right to unite and voice out their suggestions, criticisms, resistances, petitions and grievances on important issues related to and affecting the Association.

ARTICLE IV            DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Section 1.            It shall be the duty and responsibility of every member to uphold the constitution, to follow the laws and policies of the association and contribute to its development.

 Section 2.            It shall be the duty of every member to engage in the gainful activities of the association and the university, improve his well being and personality, and contribute to the nations goal of youth development.

 Section 3.            It shall be the duty of every regular member qualified to cast his vote during elections and plebiscites.             

Section 4.            It shall be the duty of every regular associate member to pay the membership fees stated for the whole school year whenever membership drives are held.
