My 1974 Chevy Nova

I'm just using this as an easy way to show people my car and explain any problems with the car. I hope it doesn't take too long to upload. If you have any questions or want to tell me anything, vireyla@hotmail.com. Thanks. ~j

Description

The body is in great shape, as is the engine. The only main problem right now is the transmission. The transmission has gotten to the point where she's no longer going forwards and only backwards. She has a 350" engine, automatic trans, 69,000 original miles.

Other smaller problems: The oil leaks. I have the gaskets to replace but never got around to it. I'm hoping that will fix it. The rear fenders have rust eating up the insides. You may have to rebuild them; I'm not entirely sure. I don't know much about that. We had the carburator rebuilt about a year and a half ago. The interior is in pretty good condition. The carpet in the front is ripping on the passenger side. The stereo is not the original one. The trunk leaks. I think that is just because the lining is rotting in some places just because of the age. The bright light/dim light switch needs to be replaced but that will only cost about $10. As far as I can think of that's all that's wrong with her. The paint on the roof is a little mottled but it's not bad at all. She's dirty right now but that's just because I need to get my butt out there and wash the snow off of her.

I've been saying $2000 OBO. I'm in Salisbury, MD which is on the eastern shore half an hour from the ocean.

Any questions, email me- vireyla@hotmail.com or call me- 410-245-5560.

Thanks.
