Well tomorrow you are going to be eating the following:
Breakfast:
1c Total Raisin Bran
2 slices dry wheat toast
1c skim milk
1 banana
Snack:
1c dried apples
1/4c almonds
Lunch:
1 bagel
1 tbls whipped cream cheese
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4c almonds
1/4c raisins
Snack:
1c dried apples
1/4c almonds
Dinner:
3 oz Chicken Breast
2 tbls B-B-Q sauce
1 tbl fetta chesse vinaigrette
1/2c lettuce
3 cherry tomatos
1/2 carrott
1/2 celery stalk
Thats it. It comes out to be about 1830 calories. I think that should be enough to drop 1-2 pounds a week!!
