Avalon is universally loved in the CCM community and with good reason. Their infectious blend of music styles has made them popular for over 10 years. Their single "Testify to Love" has been rated the second best Christian song of the 90's. "The Creed" saw a big change, dropping micheal passons for Greg Long was a big deal but the group seemed to recover nicely.
