Beat the Heat 5k & 1 mile fun run!
On August 9th, road racing is coming back to Poteau, Oklahoma. Are you excited? Nobody seems to know the last time a race was held in are town, but it was many years ago.
The race will start and finish at the Poteau High School gym at 7am. It is a flat, fast, out and back course. Which should make for some fast times. So, come out and run to set a new PR.
The race is benefitting the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade cross country team, which is in their first year to compete. They will be a strong team and are very thankful for your support.
