For the Benefit of the Catholic Church 
 

These three documents (A, B, and C) the Lord had me write for the benefit of the Catholic Church, but sadly their leadership is not receptive to our Lord speaking through people other than themselves.

Introduction A

Causes and cure. . .  

I am a person who in a sexual sense was similar to many of the offending catholic priests who have committed homosexual and pedophilia acts. God has Divinely taught me how to control and then overcome my strong ‘dark-side’. He (God) desires that I share this wisdom with the Catholic Church. So, please read these three documents!

In the celibate clergy’s case homosexuality and pedophilia are usually connected. In this document I will show you that this statement is more than just a theory of mine. . .  

In my distant past I did some homosexual acts and in my more recent past there was a time when I had strong homosexual urges (originating from evil within). . . I even had pedophilia thoughts; thank God never any deeds! The Eternal One has enlightened me on both the cause and the cure of this sin problem in myself, and shortly I will show you how similar I was to those celibate priests who committed those most horrible acts.  

So, please thoroughly read these documents A, B, and C on this subject.  

I was similar to those offending priests in that I went for over a ten year stretch without having any sex (other than masturbation). In my case it was celibacy but not by choice (I didn't have any willing partners). My big problem is that I was engaged in much dangerous sexual repression (just stuffing my burning lust), but I’m quite sure that many celibate religious are doing the same wrong thing that I did (the spiritual wisdom in one of my documents gives anyone the power to be celibate, without dangerous sexual repressing!).

>Note: Both repression and indulgence of lust are both spiritually hazardous "soul-utions" to this problem. 

BEGIN: 

Since I was a youth I've always had an attraction for large breasted women. When I was a school-kid, like many my age, we would look at my friend's playboy magazines and dream of having sex with women with such large and beautiful breasts. So, seeds of a certain type of carnal desire in me were both planted and watered at a young age (At that young age I did not realize how yearning for something of this world makes a spiritually dangerous "desire plant" grow within our hearts, and just because later in life we may become spiritual, doesn't mean these 'weeds' that were watered in our unconscious past disappear). Additionally, as a youth there were times that I watched porno movies. 

Much later in life I got married, then divorced, and then afterwards went for over a ten year period without any sex (other than masturbation). Strangely after dealing with my lust solely by masturbating after a couple of years. . .masturbating fails to work (take away this burning lust).

>Note: A Christian man I met in a similar situation as myself, had this same personal experience of myself.

Additionally, after a number of years of going without sex the devil started playing games with my mind. . . women's breasts started looking especially precious to me. . . as gold bars are to a greedy man!

>Note: At that time I did not know how to be celibate, without engaging in dangerous sexual repression.  

So, for me this forced celibacy made me a worse fornicator. Now, I was fornicating not just occasionally, but mentally throughout the day (And its interesting how this constant lustiness just sneaks up on one in a gradual way).

>Note: Its like this well-know experiment: When a frog is placed in very hot water of course it will immediately jump out. But when this same frog is placed is warm water and then the water is heated-up gradually, the frog will remain in that water even if it is heated up to the boiling point! That is often the way that the devil sucks us into sin as well. 

Additionally, as my sin of mental fornication became more frequent, in addition to having increased heterosexual desires I started having some homosexual desires as well (bisexuality).  

Also, many years ago I was volunteering working with young children in a housing project and then the worst thoughts occurred. . . i experienced some shocking pedophilia thoughts towards a certain young boy (thank the Lord never any deeds!). 

After those pedophilia thoughts occurred I was thinking how I was experiencing the same perversion that some Catholic Priests were having. I had a strong suspicion that severely repressed lust was the culprit of these perverse desires in myself as well as the priests. Then, one day by God's will I saw a huge expose’ in the newspaper concerning the occurrence of pedophilia in the Hare Krishna movement.

>Note: I know tons about the Hare-Krishnas because there was a time in my life I almost joined them. 

The only two religions that I am aware of who were experiencing outbreaks of pedophilia are the Catholics (Priests) and the Hare-Krishnas (monks). Now, when we look closer at what these two spiritual paths, and what they have in common that the other spiritual paths do not, its this male celibacy thing.  

They both place male celibacy on such high esteem . . . and actually they are correct. . . celibacy in a male is exalted. . . but if one is dealing with this wrong, by repressing, it becomes a dangerous thing.

Repression or indulgence both increase carnal desire.

Now, I knew my hunch was correct:  

FORCED CELIBACY AGGRAVATES EXISTING SEXUAL PROBLEMS BECAUSE IF A MALE BURNS TOO MUCH THIS BURNING LEADS TO ONE BECOMING A CHRONIC FORNICATOR (IT BECOMES MENTAL FIXATION WHICH IS SIMILAR TO WHAT OCCURS IN DRUG ADDICTION. . .WHICH IS ALSO A FORM OF IDOLATRY).

ADDITIONALLY, FOR SOME REASON THIS FIXATION ULTIMATELY LEADS TO HOMO AND EVEN PEDOPHILIA (HOW IT SWITCHES TO PEDOPHILIA I KNOW NOT. . . BUT IT DOES).

{Bible - "For that same exact reason the Apostle Paul stated, "Its better to marry than to burn."} > I am enlightening you on the damage that "burning" does to a man.

By the way, sexual indulgence also flairs up desire. 

One may ask the reason the celibate clergy did not have this epidemic perverse sexual behavior at this magnitude in past generations? God enlightened me on these reasons: 

Our present age, I call the age of "vices". In these modern times, advertisers have negatively used technology in a way to enrich themselves at the expense of the masses (us).

On one hand we have the media’s flaunting of beautiful woman’s bodies in order to sell more products. As I previously stated many of us men in the west were raised from childhood on playboy magazines and the like (magazines which prides themselves with displaying bodies of the most beautiful women), as well as porno.

Additionally, much of the food we eat is fried, loaded with sugar and salt. . . it is designed to be addictive. Food companies have designed their products to maximize the good taste, so they can assure our repeat business. So, in addition to sex addicts, modern man has become a food addict as well. Modern mans increased attraction and mental bonding to the bodies of beautiful women coupled with our addiction to pleasant tasting and sweet foods has resulted in the weakening of our flesh. The unholy result is modern man’s flesh is far weaker than man’s flesh was at the time the scriptures were written, or at any time in history. If one is weak with the food, one is weak with the sex as well. 

Introduction B

In this manuscript I am going to show you the reason the Lord has entrusted me with much of this priceless wisdom. Only after you thoroughly read this document will I pass on this wisdom to you. So please be patient. I know this part may be a bit lengthy; but after thoroughly reading it, it should become obvious to you the reason God has blessed me with this wisdom. 

>Note: Long ago, God has already taught me how to successfully deal with my strong dark side (in myself its the combined consequence of unsanctified sexual sin, a tremendous amount of sexual repression, plus backsliding real, real badly a number of years ago), so this strong dark side wouldn’t ruin my life.

I feel that its important that I now say this: Some poor souls have some real, real terrible spiritual problems. They have such a strong dark side that when the enemy attacks them its as though they literally get taken over. . . they get overpowered by the evil one! For this same reason there are people who are in jail for doing horrible things, who beg not to be let out. Some say something like, "Don’t let me out, I can’t help myself; I’ll do it again!" These are good people who are possessed by evil. The reason I call them good people is because they don’t want to hurt innocent people; whereas evil people don’t care. At one time I was one of these good people who were possessed by evil.

Program 1 describes the way one can have power over their dark side. . . even an overpowering one. This is only a way to control the dark side but not kill it. --- I call this damage control. This is just part of the God's wisdom which will be revealed in the next manuscript (C). Additionally, in that manuscript I will fully reveal a divine process whereby even someone with a strong dark side, as myself, can gradually disintegrate it.

So, you will receive both the short-term and a long-term solution.

I call these programs 1& 2. 

Some time ago the Lord called me to move to Amsterdam, Holland. I had a huge amount of burning lust within me for many years; due to an enormous amount of sexual repression on my part which I engaged in because I did not yet have the wisdom on how to deal with my lust in a positive fashion (and I had no mate).

I was a veteran, single Christian street minister who while trying to be a good Christian had developed worse and worse lust problems. I always believed that obeying God's laws should make a man better, but in my case I had gradually gotten worse. I started spending much time alone with God seeking Divine assistance. 

I discovered a God who was different than the God that was preached about on the pulpit. This God was not beating me over the head for unholy carnal urges; but was wanting me to get over them by any means necessary (as long as I was not hurting anyone in the process). I had enough wisdom to know the holy goal; To attain a state the Buddhists call the "state of desirelessness" (where one hasn't any earthly desires anymore; one's sole desire becomes to serve God and do good). Additionally, the wandering monks in India are called "Sadus", translated means "All Good". I am convinced that these states are the identical to the inner state of the Christian "Saints" who have attained the state of "Praying without ceasing".

God taught me that anything to help me achieve this exalted inner state was allowed, indeed encouraged; as long as my motive was to overcome and not indulge.  

If I was engaging in sex for the purposes of indulging this would be a sin; but instead if I was doing it either to help myself relieve burning or to get over unspiritual carnal desires that had been spiritually plaguing me for years, God would consider that therapy, understand?

{That is why the Bible states, "We are under grace and not under the law" --- following the letter of the law had been hurting my soul; grace was telling me to take a different path that appeared sinful on the surface, but was best for my soul}.

So when I first moved to Amsterdam I knew part of the reason for the Lord wanting me there was for me to go through lots of sexual stuff (Amsterdam is the place where the prostitutes are in the windows; prostitution is legal there). You may laugh, but I prayerfully had sex with a handful of them. My burning lust became halved, but I still burned all the time. 

Then I said to God in a distraught fashion, "Lord, I've tried everything as you can see, and I still am not free of this!"

Then the Lord graciously put His hand on my shoulder and said to me, "Now we begin!" 

God had me going up to the windows of the prostitutes, posing as a customer, but now my motive was to glorify God and touting the greatness of living a life of service to Him.

I found this was easy to do with the average looking ones, but I had a difficult time witnessing to the very pretty ones without lusting them.

>Note: If I lusted I hurt myself spiritually, thus failed in this spiritual exercise. But, if I could manage to witness for the Lord without lusting, I would achieve a victory over my flesh and the devil. . . the greater the temptation I overcame, the greater the victory.

{Where I am weak He is strong, therefore I rejoice in my weaknesses} 

I soon realized that it was essential that I prayed hard before I attempted this.

>God taught me this one overriding rule before one enters the presence of great temptation, "Don't go into a battle unless you know you can win".

With this one ‘spiritual gem’ in mind I was ready to engage the enemy. So, I witnessed to multitudes of them; afterwards giving them a copy of a small spiritual book which I had previously authored.

*Note: This ministry was good for the souls of the prostitutes and especially good for my soul, as it helped me overcome myself.

>Most spiritual people deal with temptation by fleeing from it; God taught me that this is spiritually speaking a far better way; a way to spiritually grow from your weaknesses of the flesh.  

First pray hard, filling up with His light, --- then only when you are sure you can win, begin.

You do this by placing yourself in front of it (temptation), as a representative of God. Since you represent the best, God, it pulls the best out of you. If you do this thing right, it is a much, much better path than fleeing from it. This is a sure way to grow fast spiritually. This way you use your weakness to your great spiritual advantage!

{In the Bible St. Paul states, "Where i am weak He is strong; therefore I rejoice in my weaknesses" --- so overcoming temptation acts as a ladder to heaven; but again if you can't do this without lusting, do not even attempt it because it becomes a ladder to hell}.

>Note: I will reveal all of this important technique of overcoming oneself in the next manuscript, there is alot more than this. . . so be patient. This technique is but one, but not the only way, to disintegrate ones dark side relatively quickly.  

Anyways, one day while visiting the windows I encountered an absolutely beautiful prostitute. . . she was the girl of my dreams. Instantly, I became all carnal flesh readying myself to pull out my wallet (back then I had money). Instantly by God's will this gorgeous lady exclaimed, "Hey, aren't you the guy who is giving out those books". That statement stopped me dead in my tracks. I said to myself; I can't have sex with her. . . it will ruin this ministry which I have started!

(Note: This must have been a Divine set-up as she is the first prostitute who had mentioned my book to me). 

That moment for the love-of-God I denied myself and hung onto the cross and instantaneously God burned, yes completely burned the lust out of me. . . I could literally feel this. In the twinkling of an eye I was catapulted into a higher level of consciousness . . . a spiritual level whereby I was living in a state of relative innocence. I no longer lusted after women. . . matter of fact I was no longer drawn to attractive women.

*Note: Here in the twinkling of an eye (instantaneously) God completely incinerated my desire seeds; occurring in one marvelous act of His grace.  

After a few weeks of living on this 'higher plane of consciousness' by Divine Providence I met a certain attractive woman. Initially, I didn't want to be in her company. . . but did so because I honestly believed that God had a higher purpose in mind. After a certain period of days being with her I felt an odd, unfamiliar feeling. My thing (penis) was becoming hard. So, I had lost the precious diamond (the gift of inner celibacy) that the Lord had blessed me with. 

At a later date I complained to God about this saying, "God you have taken away such a great gift and I was not sinning. At that time, I had spent time with that lady for the love of You. . . not because of my own selfish desires. It's not fair that you punish me for trying to obey you".  

God who is Righteous, Fair, & Just responded to my pleadings by giving me an even greater gift, yes greater!  

Its greater because He taught me a step-by-step method whereby not only I could gradually regain this blessed inner state, but also any other sincere man who faithfully follows this PROGRAM (Program 2); so I have the opportunity to bless others with this gift as well!

*Perhaps me losing His gift, and as a recompense being blessed with the PROGRAM 2, was His plan all along!! 

>Note: PROGRAM 2 is like a big puzzle with several different pieces. Some pieces were taken from both Judaism and Christianity, and some pieces God personally taught me while I was engaged in creative ministry in the red-light district of Amsterdam. Other pieces where directly handed to me by God as an outright gift; then God instructed me to collect all these separate pieces and create a complete puzzle; PROGRAM 2. Those who sincerely practice the spiritual disciplines in this puzzle/program will have great power to both overcome their flesh thereby defeating the devil.

I've called this "PROGRAM 2".--- (which will be described in detail in manuscript - C). 

This is a process whereby even the most lustful (sexually weak) man who so desires can gradually become successful in attaining the blessed state of inner celibacy/lust-free (sexual strength) without partaking in any sex, whatsoever (though, if the lustful man has sex in moderation he can overcome himself faster than going cold turkey). Also, this program will teach any man how not to repress. 

The entire processes are described in detail in the next section.

Blessed Bro. Giles (companion of St. Francis) when he was asked how we should protect ourselves from vices of the flesh. He replied, "He who wants to move big rocks and large beams tries to move them more by skill than by strength. And we must proceed in the same way in this case". Both of these PROGRAMS are in conformity with this wisdom. 

In order to thoroughly glean the wisdom from these PROGRAMS you must first read my earlier two manuscripts on this subject (first A, then B).

*Note: The two programs listed here:

>Program 1 - The short term solution (damage control).

>Program 2 – The long term solution (disintegration of the dark side). 

Program 1 is the short term solution, and is the simplest one to incorporate. It centers around the Holy Shroud or Shroud of Turin. This world-renown relic is of tremendous value to those who have the wisdom on how to tap its great spiritual power.

It's was of priceless value to myself when I had a strong dark side, and I still utilize it often (a photograph plus information about it is displayed at the website: www.holyface.com).

This world-renown relic is the authentic image of Christ imprinted during His resurrection!

As I’ve previously discussed because of the negative use of modern technology modern man's flesh is far weaker than in the days of our ancestors. Because of this the devil has a greater hold over many people. God in His wisdom foresaw this problem coming long, long ago and has provided for us a remedy; The physical Jesus (His holy face). This is God's greatest mercy of all! 

Only through modern technology when photography was developed has the great spiritual power of this relic become world renown. When the first photographs of it were taken, the negative revealed the very clear image that we see here today.

{Bible states, "God's mercy is greater than our sins"} -- the image of the Master is His greatest mercy, reserved by Him for this present sinful age of vices}. 

*Note: Before we go any further, acquire a copy of this image so you will understand what I am talking about.

(I will only speak very briefly here about it. . . to learn more check the web-site listed above).  

As you meditate on the holy face of Jesus, the compassion radiating from it should become obvious.

* Know that the God power that permeates this image is far more powerful than the devil who attacks us.

>Note: It is important to become accustomed to this image, internalizing it, so you don't need the picture anymore. You need to become intimate with this image, so you can instinctively mentally recollect/remember it in time of need. . . especially in times of dire emergency (when you are under heavy satanic attack of unholy desire; when the devil comes upon you like a flood). For you to profit from it in these times of emergency it must become as close as a brother. . . in the same fashion that karate is to a marshal arts expert. If the marshal-arts expert finds himself in danger, using karate is instinctive. You need to develop with this sacred image the same intimacy that this man has with karate, understand? Whoever does this will easily have victory over the devil when under overwhelming heavy demonic attack. . . when the devil attacks like a flood. Now I will show you exactly how to benefit from the great spiritual power in this relic, as it has been taught to me. 

When we are under heavy enemy attack one must place their mind on God to win. At these times its extremely difficult because satan has his evil claw covering our mind. In a spiritual emergency its far easier to attach your mind to the visible God (the Holy face) than His usual invisible form, understand?  

*Especially, for one who is being overwhelmed by the enemy the Holy Face becomes like a life-preserver is to a drowning man. As long as you can but think of it and then place your full-faith in it. . . you will win, guaranteed! This is far, far more powerful than concentrating on holy-aspiration alone . . . no comparison! 

* Remember that the God power that permeates this image is far more powerful than the devil who attacks us.

So, if you are attacked by satan, immediately on the spot stand behind the holy face of Jesus at attention as a soldier stands behind a shield; placing full faith in the God-power which permeates/resides within the picture.

(Indeed, this is a way of putting on the "full-armor-of-Christ"; know that the enemy is powerless to penetrate it!).  

If you do this you will discover after a brief time evil will flee you (the presence of Jesus overpowers the evil one). Next as the image itself depicts, remind yourself that your desire and duty is to walk in the footsteps of the Master; being a selfless channel for God's love and compassion (concentrating on holy-aspiration).

Then whenever you are under heavy attack, make sure you follow this recipe for victory.  

I call this ‘damage control’ because it does nothing to eliminate the dark side permanently; but rather it temporarily gives you power over it. This is the short-term solution.

Now Program 2. . . This is the long-term solution.

(Note: Much of the wisdom that is going to be discussed here was learned while I applied Franciscan-Christian principals while engaging in a creative form of street ministry in Amsterdam, Holland).

>Note: Your success in this program relies on two factors. First, the more diligent you are in sincerely practicing the disciplines outlined in this program. The second factor is how deeply sex vice has a hold over you. This is determined by both older unresolved sexual sin and how deeply certain carnal desire patterns are imprinted on your consciousness (how deep the groove of desire is imprinted in the record of your mind). . . determined by how long and deeply you have burned with lust. Also, engaging in sexual repression feeds this dark-side. 

*I am going to give you a tremendous amount of information here. Since I’m not a skilled writer I hope you understand all I am trying to convey. . . if you are in doubt about anything discussed, send me an e-mail and ask for further clarification.

>Note: It took me about one full month to write these 3 manuscripts.  

First, I am going to say that the traditional Catholic church teachings on mortification, penance, and confession are the key.

Though, the single most important step of this program is the immediate cessation of all sexual repression. This platform can be achieved by sincerely incorporating another discipline which I will soon discuss. Of course, for a man to attain the blessed state of inner celibacy/lust-free, it takes that. . . plus much more!

Becoming knowledgeable about the disciplines that I am going to outline in this program will be a Godsend to all Spiritual celibate men who struggle with lust. 

This program takes much mental discipline. It involves the breaking of old negative, sinful patterns of thinking which began and have persisted in most of us since our unconscious days of puberty; then the subsequent positive, spiritual retraining of the mind.

The reason being is when we are under much stress this stress robs our joy of the Lord. Stress/ "cares of the world" eats up our inner light.

The mind is always seeking pleasure and when it can't find it with the Lord it instinctively gravitates towards our seeking this joy through partaking in our vices, so our vices become worse; understand? For most men pretty women are a vice. 

A goal of this program is for the celibate man to gradually attain a consistent level of joy or greatfulness with your service to God so that it will be on a par with being with attractive women. When we attain that state, our mind no longer hankers much after pretty women nor deviates from our selfless service to the Lord. . . then holiness comes knocking at our door.  

*God, Himself, once gave unto me these exact words:

"Eyes enamored in the fullness of love of God do not easily stray."  

Again, when we are under stress we are inordinately drawn to our vices (our earthly pleasures). For most men this involves food and pretty women. They are the false gods of this world (legal drugs). In this same fashion, when someone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction is under stress, that person is more drawn to using their alcohol or drugs. 

Thus, its much easier to work on being solely "God-minded" and to overcome your vices if you are not under stress . . . or as the Bible states, "The cares of the world", understand? --- For the benefit of the Catholic Church only- Placing financial stresses on Priests makes them less spiritual as well. Isn't the personal holiness the rationale behind the celibacy rule in the first place?

Repression of sexual desire is extremely harmful. It causes unholy desire not to weaken, but grow stronger. Repression is not done in this program. 

The first most important step is this (a portion of this first step is taken from Chasidic Judaism): From now on every time you notice a woman who attracts you, you never-ever allow you eyes to feast on her.

{In the Bible Job states, "I will not allow my eyes to feast on a young maiden}

Allowing ones eyes to feast on attractive women and/or their body parts is the lustful man's main problem. These are sin patterns which many of us men have been using since our unconsciously youth, and we now follow as an unconscious, bad habit.

This negative, unconscious bad habit must be broken and replaced with a positive, conscious good habit -- (I will show you exactly how).  

So from this moment on, when you notice an attractive woman never, never, never allow your eyes feast on her. Instead, on the spot, allow her beauty to attest to an even more attractive God . . . but in our 'fallen state' we can't see Him (Though sincerely practicing the disciplines in this program is going to help you climb out of your 'fallen state').

*Note: For you to be successful in this program its imperative to be thoroughly convinced of this fact: The Creator (God) is far more attractive than anything He has created; even the most beautiful woman with their beautiful breasts, legs, etc.

So every time you are attracted by a female's beauty, its spiritual warfare time!

1) Do not allow your eyes to feast on her.

2) Instead, immediately on the spot, let the beauty in the seen (her) attest to an unseen God who is even more attractive than her (but is invisible to us as long as we are in our sinful state). Next, at the moment of temptation, taking a brief time-out to contemplate how attractive this invisible God must be!

This way instead of her beauty drawing us away from God, instead it propels us to Him/ helps us get closer to Him by helping make us increasingly become aware of His unsurpassed attractiveness. . . something most are not presently in touch with (that is one of the big reasons we are so drawn to the pretty women).

>Note: Remember, at each time of temptation take a moment to contemplate His greater attractiveness than these female beauties.

*For this same purpose the celibate (wasn’t having any sex) Mahatma Gandhi slept with young beautiful women, understand?

The more attractive the devil makes her look all the more attractive God must be, understand? (So, now how can the enemy defeat us?)

Next, believe the fact that for those who for God’s sake overcome their flesh attain an eternal constant state of joy worth far more than the temporal greatest carnal pleasures ~ now tell me, how can the enemy defeat us now???

*Note: By diligently employing this mental exercise and disciplines it will keep you from dangerous repression of desire.  

3) Also, I can not over-state the significance of verbal confessions. . . best in the presence of another person (unless if its immediate confession, then it doesn't matter quite so much. . . but it’s a must to spit it out) >>>St. Francis practiced immediate, on the spot, confessions

A very large portion of this manuscript in reserved for confessions. . . because it is extremely important.

{Bible states, "Confess one to another"}

Catholics believe you must use a Priest; but since I'm not Catholic myself I've only used a Priest but once. I have received an enormous amount of spiritual benefit from confessing my sins to all types of people.

>Note: Almost all of my confessing I’ve done in the crowded streets of Amsterdam (but it would be far, far easier to perform these embarrassing confessions, revealing the ugly/ embarrassing side of yourself, in a spiritual retreat environment).

I must digress here for a short while: A number of years ago I met a world renown herbalist in Los Angeles named Dr Richard Schultz. In his seminar he made us aware of the fact that modern man's bodies are more polluted than at any other time in history. For this reason many of the standard herbal formulas that successfully helped people 100 years ago, aren't effective today. Therefore, he created tinctures that have much heavier concentration of herbs . . . so they will have most powerful cleansing effects. These formulas are far more effective for the more toxic, modern man. He calls his preparations 'industrial-strength' formulas.  

For that exact same purpose, in the process of working out my own salvation (while acting in the capacity of a creative street minister in Amsterdam's red-light district), God has taught me what I call 'Industrial Strength' Spirituality ("ISS"). And this is some of the wisdom that He (God) desires I pass on to the church in these last days.

>Note: All of the creative and wild things I am going to discuss in this manuscript, I’ve applied myself (By the way, the Lord just loves this type of spirituality!) I've obtained most of this wisdom through walking by faith and obedience; also following in the footsteps of the early Franciscan-Christian Saints. . . they were the holiest group of men who ever lived! A wonderful introductory book about them is, "The Little Flowers of St. Francis" by Raphael Brown. As I obeyed God, He both cleansed me and blessed me with Divine Wisdom.

I'm going to talk about some things which appear difficult to do. . . I will teach you the same 'keys' to lighten your cross as God has given unto me to lighten mine. So please read this manuscript, thoroughly!  

When you perform the penances (that is what I call them) which I speak of, you will disintegrate the dark-side faster than you can ever believe.

Some of these things are "fool for Christ" tools, which if utilized facilitate rapid spiritual growth. >Note: There is not much material written about this form of spirituality

>Note: St. Francis was called 'God's-fool'. Many of the early Franciscans were 'Fools-for-Christ' as well. For that reason they became the spiritual giants that they were. 

My advice here is listen to what I have to say and then do what you feel the Lord wants you to do. . . but first read the St Francis book that I suggested. . . that is the gateway book. Without first reading this book I never could have understood and appreciated the great spiritual value of these things.

Again, I've only confessed my sins to a Priest but once, so I can't speak of it. However, I have done a tremendous amount of 'creative public confessions' so I have a tremendous amount of first-hand wisdom on this subject.  

God has taught me that it is extra mercy to confess sins to police (God honors it more because they represent Him (the Law). . . its probably somewhat similar to Priests). Also its extra powerful ("ISS") to confess to people who will judge you harshly. . . the greater the embarrassment/ humiliation the deeper and the cleaner it burns the evil within (which lives, grows and thrives in secret; ie. . . deep dark secrets). Its also very good to confess to those who are close to you; namely family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers . . . this shines more light on the evil within (which thrives in secret and darkness). 

Additionally, all evil like its father the devil, is proud. When through confession it is embarrassed/humiliated it disintegrates it. Humiliation is the antidote of all darkness within.

Humiliation is the mortal enemy of evil. Whether you find someone to judge you either harshly or someone who is merciful. . . confess it to someone! That is the minimum requirement.

>Note: Humiliation ("ISS") is lower than humility and is the devil's mortal enemy. (The early Franciscan saints were humiliation experts; also being exposed to humiliations on a daily continual basis was instrumental in making young Francis into St. Francis.)

Enduring much and constant humiliations have the power to make the soul pure again {Though your sins be as red as scarlet I will make them white as snow}

What needs to be said here is that if you have a devil in you, it's a most terrible thing that robs your life. God taught me that there is one very positive thing about this situation. Since the devil and you inhabit the same temple, if you humiliate yourself, you automatically humiliate 'the thing' within, understand? (By the way, I call the devil 'the thing' because this takes away its title. This is a way of diminishing its power even further). 

The Lord considers it especially amusing when you humiliate it.

Since there are no devils in heaven, only us mortals on earth have the opportunity to do this, understand?

But remember, if you have a devil within you have to pay a price to humiliate the enemy. . . you have to humiliate yourself!

The more you mortify yourself and humiliate yourself/it, the further you dissolve its stronghold in your temple. 

After you perform what I call a penance (public humiliation), you can mock yourself/it together and laugh with God about it.

>Note: It's important to always laugh with God with these things. . . that is the way God likes these things done. God has got a real great sense of humor and really enjoys this stuff. . . but will only join in if He is formally invited.

In a chuckling (mocking) fashion use the humiliation to mock the devil. First, its imperative that you invite God in on the joke (laugh with God at yourself/it). . . as all this wild fool-for-God wisdom is coming from Above in the first place.. Humiliation purifies darkness out of our temple (satan's home in our temple). The devil hates humility. . . we all know that. But humiliation is his mortal enemy. . . it will kill him! Understand?  

Please, hear me now.

>Note: This mocking of the devil with the Lord is a key to destroying the kingdom of darkness within our temple.

This way, you are obtaining the maximum spiritual benefit from your penance. 

Frankly, you can relish one decent penance within your mind for hours on end if you so desire (its like crushing satan's head with it over and over again!). That is the lazy man's way of doing it. Though, what is always the best is to do more fresh penances (fresh meat is always the best. . . because it takes a greater love ).

Many of our most embarrassing secrets from our past are sexual deeds and thoughts/desires. Know for sure that the devil lives and thrives in the secret corners of our mind. Sometimes the enemy places embarrassing thoughts in our minds because by us not confessing them, it gives the vile one space to occupy in our temples, understand?

Be aware, evil lives and thrives in darkness.

For some reason when at least one other person knows about these embarrassing secrets, light enters this darkness, effectively coming against these strongholds of the enemy who resides within us (as a spiritual disease). In front of another confess all past sinful deeds and thoughts/desires, as embarrassing as they may be. Its best to give all of the embarrassing details (better yet, stage a visual rehearsal by re-enacting the crime) --- "ISS". By doing this, light will enter every hidden nook and cranny, effectively dissolving this seat of darkness. 

>Note: The longer you have gone without confessing a sin, often due to embarrassment, that sin grows roots within you thereby the enemy gains a 'beach-head' in our temple. In order to become pure of this heavier contamination due to this particular longstanding sin, it may have to be confessed multitudes of times. That is my personal experience.  

Another effective way to deal with sins which have grown roots is 'public confessions'. --- "ISS".

I've done them numerous times on trains, trams, and in on crowded streets. Generally, whatever is more humiliating is more cleansing here (I'm making this stuff sound easy. . . but its not).  

If done on a tram or bus make sure you relish the scorn you receive from your neighbor (ie. . . rejoice in the scorn as brother Juniper; St. Francis's companion did); as this scorn is a jewel for your soul. . . effectively disintegrating the Kingdom of darkness within. After completing the penance you can write down your experience (the mocking expressions on their faces, etc.), so you will always remember it. This becomes your personal station of the cross. Every time you both remember and offer it, it acts as powerful solvent for dissolving imbedded sin. . . especially the specific sin that you have targeted. 

Now, I will now teach you one God-given way to get the nerve to do some of these creative things. God had me walking around on a daily basis for weeks in the streets of Amsterdam with underwear on my head, yes underwear! --

I’ll call it "underwearing". The purpose being, for the love of God, to humiliate myself, and after a period of time it starts dissolving your ego which is a big plus (as the ego and the sin-nature are indelibly connected). As the ego starts dissolving, making embarrassing public confessions come far easier. 

After a few weeks performing continuous hours of "underwearing" on a daily basis (continually humiliating myself), this exercise started bearing great fruit. The sins of my past started surfacing. . . its like I saw them with my own eyes! Then I thought of what St. Francis did, and I'd be beating my breast, then weeping and confessing the sins of my past in the crowded sidewalk of Amsterdam. Also out of compassion for my neighbors, because some around me would listen and think of their own similar sins. This is what I call public penance ---"ISS". By engaging in this exercise, God would purify me faster because. . .

{Bible states, "Blessed are the merciful; for they shall obtain mercy}

Additionally, I would literally feel God sanctifying me. . . then I would be laughing and praising God. So, this powerful exercise would involve both weeping and laughing; pain and joy.

>Note: Another way is to do it is while slightly drunk. As long as you get the nerve to do these things; that is the most important thing. 

Another exercise the Lord had me do was to was to go to the park on crowded summer days "underwearing" and with a whistle in my mouth. I would blow the whistle in front of groups of people and confess my embarrassing sins -- "ISS" (just watch out for the young children).  

Next, receive the full impact of the scorn. To receive the maximum benefit here its important to gladly soak up and relish their scorn as a sunbather soaks up sun at the beach.

{The early Franciscans would call this ‘Rejoicing in their scorn’}

Additionally, in the camera of your mind visually remind yourself of those scorned looks that you saw on their faces. . .or even if they just ignored you. Though know, the harsher the reaction you receive here, the better for your soul. 

Additionally, a great place I find to publicly confess humiliating things and receive most of that blessed scorn is while riding in a train, tram, or bus. Normally, disgusted people would quickly leave your presence but if you do it in these enclosed places, they can't. Thus, they will turn away from, reject, or scorn you (I'm not saying these are easy for me to do, they are not).

After the penance is entirely ended its best to write down notes for yourself so you can always easily remember these "high points (others’ scorn)" of your spiritual life. These images become as pearls for your soul (it would make the holy bro Juniper happy when he saw someone mocking him --- see St. Francis book. . . The Little Flowers of St. Francis by Raphael Brown). You can offer up to God these penances endlessly, and every time you do it purifies you even more!! (Its almost like they are stations of your personal cross).

This scorn acts as a type of holy fire (a bit of what the Apostles experienced on Pentecost). This acts has a very deep cleansing effect on our souls.

Next step (optional): You can preach to your audience by glorifying God about the good things He (God) has done in your life since you had totally committed your life to Him and to living a life of humble righteousness.

Example: God taught me its easiest to succeed here by starting off by thinking of yourself as the town idiot. He taught me this by placing the example of Forest Gump (from the movie of that title) in my mind. Then, I kept finding cans of Dr Pepper (his favorite drink)!

While walking down the street blow the whistle and then say something like, " I used to be a homosexual. I would do anything, just anything. . . I was just like some disgusting dog" (After you soak-up the scorn you can tell them you don't do such disgusting things anymore as you have given your life to God and now walk the righteous road. . . and by walking this righteous road God has transformed my life for the better. . . and if God is using and blessing someone who was as sleazy as I used to be, imagine what God would do through someone such as yourself if you humbled yourself and walked the right road!". . . or you can just keep humiliating yourself!! THE LORD JUST LOVES THIS TYPE OF COMICAL SPIRITUALITY!

Next, you can say something such as, "But God changed my life!!! When I committed my life to Him and started obeying the laws of Jesus, God transformed me into a righteous man who has become greatly inwardly blessed."

Now you have this opportunity to tell them how far God has taken you. . . and it is totally honest!

Next, you can close your testimonial with something like this : "If God did such wonderful things in the life of someone who used to be as sleazy as myself, just think of the even more wonderful things He will do in lives such as your own if you start walking the right road!!

(By the way, God thinks this is so, so amusing! We can actually make Him laugh!! Note: When doing this it imperative to laugh with Him [God]; never separately. You want to offer these up to God).

Another nugget of truth I must share here. For those of you who have many unwanted embarrassing desires/thoughts, God wants me to add something extremely important for your soul. Here it is:

Refrain from hating or even getting angry at them. Anger feeds the evil ones' power. The proper attitude is to imbibe that of St. Francis who is said to have had compassion on even the devil, because the devil is condemned forever.

>Note: The enemy can feed off anger, but it can not feed off compassion. 

Now, this penance does many wonderful things (proof its from God), which I will list herein:

1) The great spiritual purifying power of humiliation & scorn.

2) It brings out a greater love of God in yourself as you remind yourself how far God has brought you on the path.

3) As you start off humiliating yourself, you will discover that then you are able to exalt God higher.

4) When you suffer to save souls its a much holier act then merely speaking the gospels to them (remember, the Master suffered to save souls). Though, speaking the gospels to someone is wonderful. . . this is just more wonderful!

5) Laughing at yourself later after you have completed the penance is excellent medicine for your soul. . . laughing at oneself helps break the hardness in our hearts and helps you become inwardly free.

6) An even better way is to use the embarrassing comment and/or expression of the person you confessed to, and with God mock the devil. This technique kills the enemies’ stronghold within. . . and maximizes the sanctification power of your penance (humiliation).

7) It thoroughly amuses God, and its an extremely holy act for a mere mortal to amuse the Creator!! 

Note: When engaging in public confessions you don't always have to take this exact same route as I have described. For instance, at times after I confessed on a tram (only after soaking up the scorn) I then preach about the glories of humiliations, understand? Though, I do believe the formula listed above is usually the best one. 

This creative spirituality is very powerful and God just loves it! This is a fact!! 

Blessed St. Francis of Assisi practiced immediate confessions. . . confessing his sinful thoughts/desires with a minimum of hesitation. . . the sooner the better. What this means in practice is as soon as you have a sinful thought/desires verbally spit them out on the spot. . . even in the presence of company.

>> Note: I don't always do this myself. 

If in the presence of company (no young children of course present), so you don't traumatize anyone, it best to start off with the phrase, "What a sick thought!"~ then confess. *Admittedly, its much easier to go away from the crowd; into an empty bathroom or into the hallway, then spit it out. Best to spit if out as soon as possible.

>Note: St. Francis's companion was also his confessor; brother Leo. Francis, the most Christ-like mortal who ever lived, had a confessor with him most of the time. . . that is how important confessions are!

*If you immediately verbally spit out a sinful thought/desire its contamination to your soul is minimized. The longer you wait, it pollutes your temple.

Example: I may blurt out something like, "Oh, i just lusted . . .it's sick, its sick (while feeling remorse within)".

Additionally, one can even confess temptations. All temptations are the enemy pulling on us. Every time you shine the light (ie. . . verbal confessions) on his evil activities, it dissolves his power over your life. 

Weakness for food and sex are related. From this moment on get strict with your diet. Mortification of the flesh is very important. Control the times and the quantity of food you consume; periodic fasting is also very helpful. Your new diet must consist of foods which are bland and tasteless; or boring foods. Abstain from foods which you enjoy.

Stop trying to obtain pleasure from eating. Additionally, try to eat your food "As unto God". Its best to eat your meals in silence.

The goal here is, as much as possible, is to kill your flesh or putting your senses to sleep. . . forever! This is part of dying-to-self. 

Also, along with mortification in your diet, from now on try to think of yourself as a corpse (dead man).

From now on you are dead to getting anything from this world for yourself (for that same reason the Sadus in India shave their head and dress in orange; the color of renunciation. . . the title Sadu means "All Good").

Your sacred duty from now on is to make every act, a selfless act of selfless-giving. . . especially when you are in the presence of those you desire. . . such as pretty ladies.

Now God will use me to show you how to use this carnal weaknesses of ours for your very great spiritual advantage here:

Pray first! Then, only when you feel you are ready (Re: document --B; "only go into a battle that you know you can win"). Purposely place yourself especially in these situations where you previously lusted/sinned (ie. . . in front of temptation).  

Now I am going to give you a brief lesson on spiritual mathematics. Know, that every act of carnal desire (lust) is a "selfish act (act-of-getting (-))". Every time you lust it increases the negative bonding power of that vice within yourself, bringing you one step deeper in darkness.

On the other side of the equation, every time you are tempted, and for the love of God, if you rise above it, you take one step closer to God (heaven). Performing selfless acts of giving (+) either ‘tangible or intangible love’ (defined in the next paragraph) in the face of temptation are great ways to overcome (win) here. Make sure you stop creating any (-) acts and start creating tons of (+) acts, understand? Do you now understand spiritual mathematics? 

Change your sin pattern by focusing on selflessly giving (+) to pretty ladies or glorifying God in their presence. Practical ways you can do this is the following:

Telling them to their face that they are attractive but God, the one who made them, is even more attractive. . . but we can't see Him (while placing your attention on the Lord's greater beauty). Exhorting the glories of God is an example of intangible love. Another example: I would praise God around the windows in Amsterdam. . . another way to overcome my lust. Or you can give them tangible love (a small gift: an apple, orange, or even a mint). . . or if you do have sex deny you own pleasure for their sake. Every selfless act of love or giving (tangible or intangible) to the object of our temptation acts as a way of breaking the unholy carnal bonds we have created within ourselves from unholy- carnal desires in our past. This acts as a way of killing the carnal self and of overcoming ourselves. . . thus becomes as a "ladder to heaven". Indeed, every battle you win where you had previously lost is a sweet victory. . . it is a plus; bringing you step-by-step to the feet of the Lord.

Additionally, if you are continually successfully doing this exercise in the presence of temptation, without watering / feeding your desire-seeds (lusting), you gradually bit-by-bit burn-out these desire seeds until they are completely destroyed.

*Note: As long as you continue selflessly giving (+) you are moving towards God (heaven); step-by-step. Especially if you are able to do this in the face of temptation; the greater the temptation the greater the victory if you win.

* In Amsterdam I would witness to a few prostitutes and then go away for several minutes and praise God and fill up will light again, before returning to witness to more of them.

>Note: As soon as you have completed performing your act of giving, its best to continue inwardly praising God or leave the premises at once (Especially do not engage in any idle chat).

Because, if you give the mind any unoccupied space it gives space for unholy desire to creep in. That being the case you will lose more than you have to gain. If lust happens to creep in, verbally confess it on the spot. So, be wise and make sure you win here!  

Additionally, if you ever happen to fall in love with someone learn to "love them in Christ". That way uncontrollably, instinctively thinking of them will not draw you far from the Lord; which severely hinders your spiritual life. It minimizes the spiritual damage until you can deal with this unhealthy attachment. 

** Additionally, you can have lots of fun with this program.

Laughing is required.  

***Now, to tie this all up we have the following disciplines in the program 2: 

1) Mandatory!: Being convinced of the fact that the Creator is more attractive than anything that He has created. Then, applying this discipline that God is more attractive than even the most beautiful of women (or their body parts). Additionally, believing the fact that eternal continuous spiritual joy is far more valuable than the greatest of carnal pleasures. These spiritual joys are available to all those who for God's sake overcome their flesh.--- utilizing these disciplines keeps one from engaging in dangerous repression.

2) verbal confessions; all types --immediate, public, mocking devil, etc.

3) Industrial-grade spirituality --- "ISS"

4) Mortification of flesh through diet control.

5) You are as a corpse from now on where every act becomes as act of giving (+); overcoming temptation to its face by making every act an act of giving (no acts of getting allowed); tangible and intangible love; if a selfish "act of getting (-)" creeps in confess it on the spot. . . just spit it out.   

*Note: Additional priceless wisdom: 

Brother Juniper one of the holiest companions of St. Francis said,

"Oh my brothers, who in this life is so noble that he would not willingly carry a basket full of manure from St. Mary's all through town, if he were not given a house full of gold? Ah, why do we not want to endure a little 'shame' in order to gain eternal life, which is better and more lasting than gold and a thousands worlds that soon vanish?" 

Here, we are going to use the power of 'SHAME' in another way. . . by the way shame is another one of the devil's mortal enemies. 

Here is the plan: Create an 'embarrassment/humiliation letter':

In this letter describe to the most minuet detail all the most embarrassing thoughts or deeds you've done in your entire life.

(Start with your earliest childhood memories)

You will find that most of these embarrassments are sexual. For me its homosexual (I had some experiences in my past) and racist (when I was young I was a racist). Even though I have confessed these before, sadly I only confessed many years after the occurrences. For that reason, these places (homosexual and racist) are strongholds of the enemy in my temple.

>Note: The enemy chooses to hide his power in the embarrassing parts of our life. 

When, you expose to other people to the minuet detail every aspect (try not to hold back) of these seats of darkness within, light streams into these dark corners and effectively burns out the evil there (evil thrives in darkness).   

  Additionally, after confessing a certain sin you have committed (for instance a homosexual sin), write about yourself saying something like the following, " When I did that homosexual act I was doing the bidding of the devil. . . because the devil is a homosexual!

In other words, once you humiliate yourself then you humiliate the devil within. Then its your chance to expose the seamier side of the devil. Since the enemy is very proud it can' t stand to be humiliated by a mere mortal. When you do it this fashion, it burns more of the evil 'rot' that resides within our temple. When you laugh at the devil within, make sure you laugh with God (not separate from Him). When you mock the devil with the Lord it becomes a holy enterprise! 

After you have completed writing this humiliation letter share it with anyone. . . especially powerful is share it with those who are close to you. . . family, friends, co-workers, and people you see everyday (though exposing it to a total stranger is far better than not exposing it to anyone!)

Those who are close to you are the most powerful to share this letter with. Additionally, if you have someone who is both close to you and who will judge you harshly for your sins. . . it is especially important to get them to read your 'embarrassment/humiliation letter' .

In a way this is the lazy man's way to purify oneself because each time you summon-up enough strength/courage to give the letter to someone to read, it will have an extremely powerful, positive effect for the forces of light and a devastating effect for the force of darkness within.

Once the letter is exposed to another, give them a copy and use 'any means necessary' to get them to thoroughly study it. Pray to God for guidance on how to get them to cooperate with you. He (God) will show you your way. Then, through the mere thought that that person will know about and be studying the minuet details of your most embarrassing moments, this shame will effectively pierce every dark place of the enemy 's stronghold within your temple and effectively weaken and dissolve its strongholds within you, get it??

**THOROUGH HUMILIATIONS. . . Its importance:

(St. Francis’s companion, Brother Juniper introduced me to these – Read from book entitled, "The Little Flowers of St. Francis by Brown {especially read chapter on Brother juniper})

The spiritual potency of these is a mystery of God. These are extremely, extremely, holy for the sinful soul (I need to do many more of them). 

I was just reading in the St. Francis book about how the holy Brother Juniper walked through entire towns naked with His breeches tied on top of his head like a bundle in order to 'thoroughly humiliate' himself.

>Note: And He is a man who became so humble, pure, and innocent that demonically possessed persons could not stand his very presence! 

As I was contemplating about the negative effects this traumatizing effect (walking through towns naked) could have on a young child, God spoke to me about this subject. He allowed me that realize that 'thorough humiliations' are soo holy for the soul that He (God) wants we do them in spite of the these negative repercussions, understand?

Thorough humiliations are one of the fastest way to make the soul pure again. 

{Though your sins be as red as scarlet, I will make them white as snow}. . . very few people have this experience

Additionally, God taught me other ways to experience 'thorough humiliations' without the very illegal 100% naked strip down (like the good brother did). Want to learn these additional secrets to bless the soul of the bold-acting person? I will discuss the matter further with all those who are part of this spiritual project. . . plus there are other mysteries I have keep secret and will only divulge to those who are on the team, get it?
