We strive each week to keep the focus on having fun doing the sport we all love and I will be adding photos throughout the race season of our members doing just that. We have alot of exciting upcoming events planned as well as members who will be traveling to Nationals and will add photos as they become available. Return to Medford BMX Home Page 2009 PEAR BLOSSOM PARADE PARTICIPANT ABA members headed to the Pear Blossom Parade to promote the sport of bmx racing. We had an awesome turnout. Everyone looked great in their uniforms and the freestyle riders were awesome!. Everyone waited for quite a spell until we began to move. Their were over 170 entries in the parade and we were #115! It was nice to have free style participants, they did alot of tricks for the crowd. The Riders Choice team was well represented and their uniforms definately stood out from the crowd. We took second place in junior floats, that is awesome! Joshua Banuelos was our hometown hero. Bailey looks so cute, see little girls can race too!. Following the leader, everyone did a great job staying together. Thank you for driving the truck, Rod. Bill Sullivan and some freestyle riders support bmx racing. Racin Mason is adorable!!! I am sharing this spot with one of my favorite people! I am blest to have such wonderful members. Thank you to the Hewletts for handing out flyers. Thank you to everyone who waited all morning for 45 minutes of fame. We have already seen some response from spectators and are very greatful to each of you for supporting our track promotion. You are all awesome!! Special props go out to Haley Hewlett, Melody Lindorf and Erica Steeves for handing out over 2300 flyers. I was hoping to have some pictures of them but they were busy promoting this sport we love so much! 2009 ZACK SECREST NEW RIDER CLINIC We had a great turnout for our first clinic with everyone showing improvement by the end of the session. Zack was very attentive with each participant and put on a very impressive clinic. Practice makes perfect!. Rob Gamble assisted Zack and did an exceptional job with the riders. Practicing third straight. Some of our volunteers rest a spell and enjoy visiting during clinic. Zack working with Gavin Lewis Jake gives his dad a hug, a perfect end to a great afternoon!
