2.No just saying you threw an attack and say it already hit that person,give the person atleast 8 seconds to say he dodged it
3.You can't always dodge an attack
4.No cheating,because what's the fun in that?
5.Use your own character,not other members
6.You can't team up with a bad guy if ur a good guy
7.If you are nuetral then you can team up with anyone
8.No teaming up on another person
9.No giving people who are not a member the chat rooms
