Pontiac Guy

For those of you that don't know me I'm known as the Pontiac Guy.  My name's Carl and I own a 68' LeMans, a 99 Grand Am GT,

and a 88' Grand Am winter beater.

Home  Gerrid's Nova

This is the Beast, I got her in the spring of 2003.  She came with a Ram Air III with about 430 hp and 500lb of torque.

The color is a weird maroon that will be changed in the near future.  its got a TH350 tranny with 10.5 inch rubbers on the back.  Not a bad Starter car considering I paid 2200 bucks!

This is the 400ci Pontiac Big Block that makes me smile every time I hear it run.  Now its only about 5 times bigger than a Civics motor and frankly looks more natural don't ya think.  Yeah so all the 1.8 or whatever V-Tech crap say hello to 6.6 yeah that's right you have a baby motor.

                  Before

                 After

Well so it does not look pretty, but after I sanded it and painted it looked great.

The perfect place to store parts when one is in need of a place to store them

The Full Throttle logo on the back window, hell we had to make this one big considering that all your going to see it the back of my car so make sure your front end looks good with all your dumb looking body kits, I'll be seeing ya in my mirror.

This is what the paint is matched to.  The model i got for my B-Day.

NEW

Well, any gear head would make a new and better motor and so here it is, the new 400 that will be pumping out 450hp and around 525lb of torque.  plus the bone head I bought the car from painted the motor and tranny Purple, I mean what the hell is that.  Also I'm putting in a TH400 Tranny that is 6.5" longer than the 350, this will give me a shorter driveshaft thus more Torque.  And the Final motor, until I get some chrome valve covers, I decided to use the original valve covers because they look better after a fresh coat of paint and they still fit over the Roller Rockers.

YEAH THATS THE COLOR BABY

Now That is a real difference in the looks of that engine bay. NO MORE PURPLE and cleaner. I like the new fuel line with the braded hose.

The Grand Am GT, this is an amazing car from the factory, superb braking and acceleration.  I've hit 135 and it was still going, stock chromes although only 16" still make an over all good looking car.

Since this is the daily nice day driver, I have not done much to the car, I drive this in the all seasons but the winter, I have a crasher Grand Am that is below that I drive in crapy weather.  just some little mods like custom system neon underbody kit just little stuff that I like.

I just added these pods, i think they came out nice
