Eight Moves (Do not try round offs or backhandsprings at home unless you can do them by your self)
1 Cartwheel: Lunge, put your hands sideways on the ground, swing your feet over your head and put them on the ground on the other side
2 Hand Stand: Put your hands down and your feet up
3 Layout: lie on the ground flat with your arms adove your head (or you could do this standing up laying on your side or in a hand stand)
4 Front Support: Your hands are on the bar straight by your sides supporting your weight
5 Cast: Front support and you swing your legs and body up as high as you can
6 Round Off: Like a cartwheel exept with more momentom and you land it with your feet together
7 Forward Roll (somersalt): Squat, put your hands on the ground and roll!
8 Back Handspring: stand up with your arms with air, bend your legs and swing your arms down and then back up and jump on to your hands and bring your feet over your head and land on your feet.
