Instant American?

I am so sick of all these people that are all of a sudden proud to be American. Its like after 9/11 everyone is all of a sudden buying flags and like pledging there allegiance to the flag. I mean I am not a commy or anything its just sickening. I guess it takes a few hundred deaths to make people like where they live. I heard that the people backing bush after 9/11 was like 98%. Its like yeah its sucks that all those innocent people had to die, but why didn't we retaliate? I mean we should fucking nuke there half of the planet. none of this U.N. half assed bullshit. like the whole pledge thing is fucked up, the first line "I pledge my allegiance to the united states" what the fuck is that? I mean not only are you talking to a inanimate object stuck to the wall but your saying you'll do anything for it. I mean come on that's a little inane. I mean I honestly don't see how me standing up like a goon and talking to the stick on the wall with pretty colors is making my country better. I see like Iraq kids doing the same shit on TV, cept they got guns and want to kill us. So ask yourself why it makes you better to do the same thing? I mean I pay my taxes, I don't fuck with the government, and I go out and work everyday and pay for some politician to put premium in his limo. but this is just fucked up. ~Levon
