Irene helps in packing parachutes, and is very keen in picking out problems on a run and reports back information valuable to making the car run better the next run. Irene is almost always the one you'll see behind the video camera, making sure to capture each run so the team can examine what the car behaved like on any particular run. |

George is currently working out of his home on various racing parts. For
the past few seasons he crewed on Yuichi Oyama’s Top Fuel Dragster, as well as
Bob Vandergriff Jr's Top Fuel Dragster. He has worked on numerous top fuel and alcohol cars over the
years including his own that was driven by Maynard Garrity in the ‘70’s.
George resides in Norwalk, California and builds
custom mag drives along with numerous other racing parts for many of the Top
Alcohol Dragster, Top Alcohol Funny Car, Top Fuel Dragster, Top Fuel Funny Car,
and Pro-Mod teams in the United States and Canada. He also repairs damaged
engine blocks, transmission cases and various other parts. Click on the

Friend of the family, Lawrence has been helping out the team for about 5 seasons, 2002 was his first full season with the team. Lawrence is a hard worker and performs a multitude of various tasks at the track and in the shop. His strong work ethic, knowledge, and versatility is a large asset to the team off and on the track. |

Troy helps out the team when possible in the shop between races, and also at the racetrack between rounds and before the racing begins. Troy is the one you'll most often see in front of the car backing Nathan into his tracks after the burnout. At the end of the 2003 racing season Troy stepped behind the wheel of the family's TAD and did an outstanding job on some get-acquainted passes. Troy is looking forward to getting his TAD license soon.
Troy also spent some time behind the wheel of the family's Junior Dragster and
in fact, won the very first race he competed in. This was the first event
that the car was ever raced in, and was also even before the car had
a front nose-piece, or even was painted! |

I've worked as a Pipe fitter for the past five years and for the last three have been a Draftsman in the oil and gas industry. I'm eager to learn and love to catch on to new things. I have a very good work ethic and when I do things I like to do them the best. Being on a funny car team is a dream come true. |

Most everywhere you find team SFR, you'll find Brittany. She attended her first race when she was just over 1 year old. Brittany loves being at the racetrack and watching all the racecars. Whenever the situation is tense she's what makes everyone smile. |
