Abstract: Where you do two or more grab tricks during a spin
Acid: Like a soul grind, but your front foot is pointing the opposite direction
Acid Rain: Grind where your front foot is on the outside edge, and your back foot is on the inside edge
Alley-Oop: Grind modifier in which you do the trick sliding backwards; also the turn used when flying through the air in one direction, but spinning in the other direction. ie - you come off the vert wall heading right, but spin to your left
Backflip: Where you flip backwards
Backside: Grind modifier in which you have a rail to your right, and spin 90 or 450 to your left to connect with it. Example: You have a rail to your right and jump and spin 90 and do a royale, and that would be a backside royale
Backslide: Grind where you grind only with your back foot on the outside edge and your lead foot is grabbed
Bio: Spin in which you go sideways so it looks like a log rolling along the ground, but, of course, you're in the air
Budget: Grind modifier in which you go from one grind to another by just moving one foot.
Byn Soul: Grind where your front foot is on the inside edge, and your back foot is on the outside edge, so that your feet are pointing in different directions (opposite of an acid rain)
Byn Torque Soul: Byn soul in which your front foot is on the outside edge
Cab: Fakie 360
Cabdriver: Grind in which both your feet are grinding on the outside edges, so you look kind of bowlegged
Cess Slide: Where you take the position of a grind while sliding along a flat, slick surface. Most common are royales, backslides(See "Shuffle"), and full torques
Darkside: A farside and topside grind
Disaster: Grind modifier where you jump way above the rail, then land on it and grind
Double Backflip: Two backflips in the same air
Eggplant: Handplant where you turn to your left and plant your right hand (or vice versa)
Express Air: Grab trick where you grab the inside of one skate with the hand of the same side (right foot with right hand)
Fakie: Going backwards
Farfenugen: Grind in which your lead foot is sliding on the outside edge, and your rear foot is sliding on the inside edge
Farside: Grind modifier where you jump over the rail and land on the opposite side of it to grind
Fastplant: Where you place one foot on an object to boost yourself up or over to an obstacle you couldn't normally reach
Fast Slide: Frontslide with only the front foot
Fishbone: Topside rockio
Fishbrain: Topside makio
Flatspin: Where you appear to lie down in the air, then begin spinning. Must be turned sideways in a vert ramp. Invented by Tobias Bucher
Flip: Spin with the axis being like a pole stuck through both sides of the waist
Flying Fish: Grab trick where you grab the sole on one foot and stick the other foot out like a rocket (it looks like a makio in the air)
Freestyle: Grind modifier in which, in a grind where you have to grab a foot, like a makio, you don't grab the foot
Frontflip: A flip where you flip forwards
Frontside: Grind modifier in which, for example, you have a rail to your right, and you spin 90 or 450 to your right to get onto it

Garfunkle Flip: Like a rodeo spin, but facing toward the vert flatbottom
Gattospin: Where you spin during a rodeo 360
Genie: Grab trick where you appear to be sitting cross-legged in the air and you're grabbing down with both hands
Grab: Any trick done in the air that involves grabbing a part of the skates
Grind: Where you jump onto something like a slick edge or rail and slide along it without the aid of your wheels
Gymnast Plant: Invert where you grab the coping with one hand and spread your other arm and legs out
Half Cab: Fakie 180
Handplant: When you go up a half- or quarter-pipe, grab the coping, and do a one-handed handstand, while grabbing the feet with the other hand
Handstand: A handstand on the coping
Hip-Hop: Invert where you touch the coping twice in the same jump
Hobo: Backslide with the back foot and with the front foot rolling on the front wheel with the foot backwards (the laces facing toward you)
Hoverflip: Forward 180 frontflip
Hurricane: Truespin miszou 270 out
Invert: Any handstand move on the coping
Inspin: Where you go fakie at a rail and spin towards the rail into the grind
Japan: Grab where you reach behind you and grab the opposite leg, and the ungrabbed leg is bent
Judo: Japan with the ungrabbed leg out straight
Kind Grind: Alley-oop sweatstance
Kung Lao: Liu Kang where you grab the straight leg on the toe instead of the bent leg
Late: Trick you do just before you land off a jump
Liu Kang: Grab where one leg is out straight in front of you and the other is bent and grabbed
Madonna: Grab trick in which one leg is out straight and the other leg is going under it, knee bent, and you grab that foot's ankle
Makio: Grind where one foot is sliding on the soul and the other is grabbed
McTwist: Any upside-down spin where you don't front or backflip into it; also means a 540 invert
Med Spin: Spin where you grab one foot but stick the other foot down whenever you are fakie
Method: Where you grab your heels and stretch your feet behind you with your knees bent, so it looks like your in the shape of an O
Millerflip: Backflip while holding onto the coping
Misfit: Topside alley-oop mistrial
Mistrial: Grind where your front foot is on the outside soul, and your back foot is sliding on the outside edge
Miszou: Grind where your front foot is soul and your back foot is stretched out on the inside edge
Misty: Backflip 540
Monkey Hang: Where you come off a ramp (usually a vert) and grab onto pipes or something hanging down from the ceiling, pause there for a second, then drop back down
Mono Roll: Rolling on one foot
Mute: Grab trick in which you reach across the front of you and grab the outside sole of the opposite skate
Natural: Doing a spin in the direction that feels right, a grab or invert with the most natural feeling hand, etc.
Negative: Grind modifier that describes grinding on the inside soles instead of the normal outside
Nosepick: See "Med Spin"
O'clock: Tricks done in a full pipe. It represents the face of a clock, except it is from 9 o'clock and up to 12 o'clock, depending on how far up you go.
Outspin: Fakie truespin
Parallel: Crossed safety grab, but your arms cross over you knees instead of across your shins, like they do in a mute grab
Pornstar: Miszou where your back foot is pointing in the opposite direction of the way it would normally point, and your feet are really close together
Pudslide: Alley-oop fastslide
Rewind: If you spun 270 onto a rail, then spin 270 out, it is a 270 rewind grind
Revert: Truespin out of a grind
Rocket: Where you stretch both feet straight out and grab both toes with one hand
Rockio: Straight-legged makio
Rodeo: Spin on a vert ramp where the axis is like a pole stuck straight through your stomach and out your back, and you're facing towards the sky
Rough: Any soul grind where you only use the back of your soul
Royale: Grind where your front foot is on the inside edge and your rear foot is on the outside edge
Sad Plant: Handplant with only the inside hand (if you spin to your right, use the right hand)
Safety: Grab trick where you grab one foot on the soul with the hand on the same side

Shifty: 180 rewind
Shuffle: A backslide cess slide
Sidewalk: Grind in which the front foot is on the soul and the back foot is sliding on the laces
Snub Soul: Where the back foot is grinding on the outside soul, and the front foot is grinding on the inside soul
Soul: Grind where the back foot is on the outside soul and the front foot is on the inside
Soyale: Alley-oop torque soul
Spiderwalk: Riding with one foot pointing forward and the other foot fakie
Stale: Grab trick in which you reach behind your legs and grab the wheels of the opposite skate
Stall: Where you jump onto an object and lock on a grind position, but don't slide
Stub Soul: Grind where the back foot is on the inside sole and the front foot is on the outside soul
Sweatstance: Topside miszou
Sweaty: See "Sweatstance"
Switch: Grind modifier in which you do the grind in the opposite way you normally do
Takeshi Air: Rocket where your legs are crossed and your grabbing the opposite foot (left hand grabs right foot). Invented by Takeshi Yasutoko
Topside: Any soul grind where the soul is on the side of what you're grinding, and the frame is on top
Topsoul: Topside soul
Topsoyale: A newer name for a topside soyale
Torque: Grind where the front foot is on the outside edge and the other foot is up and grabbed
Torque Soul: Your front foot is on the outside edge and your back foot is on like a soul
Training Wheel: Topsoul grind in which the front foot is rolling on the back wheel
Truespin: Grind modifier where you can't see the rail as you spin. Like if you go up for a soul and the rail is on your right, and you spin 180 to your left, so you would lose sight of the rail part of the time, it would be a truespin soul
UFO: Where both skates are grinding on the outside edges, sort of like a split
Unity: Grind in which your feet are crossed and grinding on the outside edges
Variation: Where you switch from one grind to another Example: Switching from soul to snub soul would be a double variation
Viking Flip: A diagonal half backflip to half garfunkle flip. Invented by Rene Hulgreen
Wall Ride: Trick where you skate up next to a single wall, jump, and bring your skates up so that your wheels roll along the wall. Can be done into and out of spins and other variations, such as one-footed
Wall Stall: Where you skate directly up towards a wall, plant your wheels on it, sit there for a second, then push off the wall
Wall Tap: Where you appear to drop kick the wall (except you land on your feet, so it's got to be done fast)
Wheelbarrow: Backslide with the front foot rolling on it's heel wheel
XGrind: Grind where your feet are crossed so each foot is souling the rail (Could be called a double topsoul). If done on a ledge or coping, then one foot is a normal soul and the other is topsoul
