CONDITIONS
In the event that a team does not show up to a scheduled match, they will be deemed to have forfeited, and a rematch will NOT be organized. If prior notice is given to the President or other committee members, rescheduling may be possible, but NOT guaranteed.
If a ”„no-show”¦ is not communicated to committee members of MCCBA at least 24 hours before their scheduled match, a FINE will be enforced (minimum fine of court + referee fees).
Neither MCCBA nor any persons in connection with MCCBA will be liable for any injuries suffered by any player or spectator arising from accidents prior to, during, or after matches organised by MCCBA.
Neither MCCBA nor any persons in connection with MCCBA will be liable for any loss sustained by any player or spectator while attending matches organized by MCCBA.
The primary source of communication amongst teams and officials will be via email. Your failure to check your email account regularly is in no way the fault of MCCBA or any persons associated with MCCBA. Alternatively, you may check the MCCBA website for updates (website to be determined).
Referees and scoring officials are human and thus will make mistakes. We will acknowledge complaints, but public outbursts will not be tolerated and a match ban may be imposed on the player(s) in question.
Our main objective is to provide a forum for which fellow Christians and non-Christians can mingle and forge friendships, so we must uphold a friendly atmosphere which God himself would be proud of.
