From the time of 2- 2:30 a.m. A deadly tornado struck killing two people. It was classified as a F1 tornado, what last about 10 mins caused a lifetime of damage. Here are some pics Tim and I took of the scene.
This is some pics of the house right next door to us. There was damage all over town which mainly included blew over trees and etc. The winds and the tornado missed The Grotto. We are all very lucky.
The storm also hit close to home when winds blew wildly in my hometown of Patoka. It blew the roof off of the cafeteria at the school, and snapped many trees in the surrounding areas. Also included is some pics of the flooding down the road from my house in Patoka.
