Role Play Background: Degenerate recently has gone through a lot with his former friend The Badd Boy Tony Ikeda. The Badd Boy turned on him as many may already know, but then CaRnAgE came back and it looked as if he were going to take out Degenerate, but to everyone's surprise CaRnAgE helped Degenerate in attacking Badd Boy and giving him a slight bit of revenge. This week on Shockwave Degenerate takes on CM Punk in a standard match and P-Nut will be overseeing it. We will just have to see who the better man is.
*Degenerate is seen on the front porch of his house. A camera was brought in to do a satelite feed from the front steps of his house. A breeze blows through and Degenerate looks into the camera.*
Degenerate: I would like to begin by sending out a little message to an old friend of mine. A man who likes it to be known that he is the world champion of the federation, The Badd Boy himself Mr. Tony Ikeda. Badd boy you thought you had me and CaRnAgE told me that you had talked to him about a beat down on me for your return, but you can see where his loyalty lies. You had best pick a different route because if we have to we will put you down so you best remember that, but enough wasted breathes on you. CM Punk, I'm looking forward to a great match. I expect us to be able to put on one hell of a show, but enough nice talk. I'm not here because I'm a nice guy of any sort when it comes to wrestling. You know what CM Punk, I know that you are a bit of an extremist when you get into the ring, but I kind of like that. It gives me a new test of my abilities and a chance to exploit your lack of such. Here's the bottom line Punk you lack what it takes to take on a real superstar in the ring. We all know that you are not quite as quick to the draw as others. Yes you are quick to make decisions, but bad ones. You are sloppy and unorthodox in the ring, so the only thing that you are going to accomplish in the end is hurting yourself. Maybe your inner self is a little too extreme for your outer self. The only thing that you are going to get in the end is numerous lessons in the school of hard knocks. I plan out doing better than you in every aspect of our match. I know that I've got the skills, there is not a single person who has to tell me that, I am fully aware of the God given gifts that I have. It takes a lot of skill to be as good as I am, but that's alright Punk we do understand not everyone can be as great as the great Degenerate. However you had better not, and I mean better not count me out too soon, because it is as soon as you think that you have me that I will put you down and out without remorse. I don't feel sorry for saps like you who get in the ring and have this idea in the back of their mind that the match is going to be a push over and an easy victory. Oh no, I will surprise you like no other, because it's when I'm down that I bounce back the hardest. We'll just have to see how things go. With me fighting you and with P-Nut as the special guest referee I could only assume that this is some type of prep match for one of us to be going after the new hot television title. Now I don't know about you right now Mr. Punk, but that some gold is looking good to me and whether or not the match is really what we are prepped for it has to be upcoming sometime soon, and that television title is special to me, because right now that is where the competition is at and I love competition. Might as well prove that you truly are the best by beating everyone else who has the same desires in their heart. So that's what I'm looking at on our plate Punk. Now whether or not P-Nut has some alterior motives for us I guess that's all up to him, but I don't see him really turning one way or another on us. It doesn't look like that will be playing a key factor on us. Punk, another thing I am wanting to do to you when we step into that ring is to douse some of that fire you seem to have. The real edge behind your craziness. Who knows though if you decide to come out here and talk you might be able to find some phrase other than using some insult that will circulate around me being like some old person or lacking certain common male body parts. Really Punk, is that the best you have got when you come out in your wars? You sit there and make insults about being old, hell I don't like Badd Boy, but he's only twenty seven, and why you chose to say others are like watching old people f*ck? Give me a break, unless you get yourself off by watching that sort of thing why don't you attempt some originality. I understand that it may be hard with someone that has the mental capacity that you do, but seriously just try using your head you might find that it can work. When it comes crunch time we'll just have to see who is the best on this occassion, but somehow I seriously doubt that it will be me. So CM, bring everything you've got, but at the end of the day you have to ask yourself...do you feel lucky? Do ya...punk!? I'VE GOT TWO WORDS FOR YA...S*CK IT!
*Degenerate stands up and walks into his house. The scene fades with his door slamming shut.*
